i notice all the slight changes
and they're keeping me up at night
the way you stroke my hair
and the way your voice pierces when we fight
i notice the way you type your letters
and the way your words have changed
the way you hold my hand is new
and the laugh you shared was feigned
my heart fears for this
i know i should't have let myself fall
And these little changes, i say?
Aren't so little after all
i wish i never felt this
for i'm afraid i am right
yes i notice these slight changes
and they're keeping me up at night
