"Adrien, you must be really upset to act this way. Don't worry though, I didn't take it personally."

Chloe was kind of overstepping her boundaries. I didn't really know her that well so it's kind of unfair to call her a bad person... buuuuuut, considering how she's acted so far. Heck yeah... I was totally judging.

Time to be the nice guy.

"Hey Chloe, we didn't take what you said personally either. Do you wanna hang out with us- all together?"

Nino, Alya, AND Adrien's mouths flew open, gaping, as if about to say something or to deny my offer. But a compromise is a compromise.

"Excuse me? Who are you again? Aren't you that loser I saw all alone that day. No wonder know one knows who you are, have you even seen yourself?"

Alya was already on the rebound with an "oh no she didn't."

Forget about being the nice guy. Chloe was not nice. She rejected a compromise, so there was nothing left to do but-

"Yes, I HAVE seen myself. And that's why I know I'm at least better than you! I mean, haven't you caught the hint yet? No one likes you because of how you treat them! And nothing's going to change unless you decide to change yourself."

Of course. A hair flip from Chloe. The salt was literally. so. real.

"Whatever, I'm going to hang out with Sabrina. Bye Adrikins! Give me a call later!"

I don't know whether she had superb composure, or was just plain dense. Honestly, this girl.

"Yeah right!" Adrien called out to her as she gallantly strided away. I don't think she heard him.

Adrien shrugged. "That kind of stuff happens all the time between me and her. But you know, thanks. Being around you guys makes me feel a lot stronger to stand up around bullies like her. It's kind of hard since I've known her forever though..."

That's right. Me and Adrien had just met. There should have been no chance of us ever being together. He had known Marinette for longer, after all. However, by snapping at Chloe I did manage to do something right.

"(Y/n), I'm really glad that you stuck up for yourself. Chloe honestly deserves it." Alya mentioned.

"Yeah bro, that was totally cool of you to do. Did you know that most of the akumatized victims were akumatized because of her?"

        Adrien jumped a little.

"Haven't heard it but I believe it."

"Anyways, let's not let this ruin today. You know, Marinette could learn a thing or two from you. What you did- THATS- real heroism. I would know, after doing tons of research for my blog."

Alya was finally okay with me. I finally proved myself to her. And I almost forgot about her blog... Time to be a little cautious.

Adrien looked at me, and then turned to the rest of the group. A smile was plastered on his face.

"Remember how my birthday party didn't really work out last year?"

"I wish. I was totally akumatized bro." Cue Nino's blushing. What a fantastic bromance.

"Well Nino, how about we throw a make up party for that, and invite them to the party, I've hardly seen any of them all summer."

"That sounds like a great idea," said Alya, "but where are we going to have the party?"

"Umm, I actually don't know... (y/n), got any ideas?" Adrien asked me.

"Beats me. We can all go out to a restaurant or something to eat."

        "Wanna do it tonight?"

"That works, but do you honestly think anyone will be available on such short notice? And don't you have to be home by a certain time?"

Adrien chuckled. "Honestly, I'm not known for being a bad kid, but I'm sure Natalie will understand, since she's the only person who tries to in my life. And I have been stupidly upset, so she's probably noticed that too. Anyways. It's time to change. Like you said (y/n), nothing will change until I do."

"Well, I never said that throwing parties all the time was the way to go."

"C'monnnn this'll be a one time thing, I just wanna hang out with my classmates like the good old days when school was here. Really, really, really, really bad, like a normal kid."

"Well there's nothing wrong with that. I'm in." Alya finalized.

"Sounds like fun dudes." Nino seconded.

What I knew subconsciously that no one ever really made definitive, was that Adrien was very rich. He literally rented out a whole restaurant for all of us, after he got an okay from Natalie, who got an okay from Gabriel Agreste.

And it didn't take that much time for everyone to pull the "party" together. Nathanaël was one of the first to show, who finally took some time off from drawing to join us. Next, these two girls named Juleka and Rose, came together, and looked inseparable at the hip. A strange vibe was coming off of the girl named Rose. I literally felt rainbows and unicorn fluff coming from her direction. Juleka honestly seemed super edgy. So I guess you could say they contrast each other super well. Then came another pair; Alix and Ivan. A bromance almost on par to Nino and Adrien's. Then tons of other kids flooding in from the school who were all super friendly. Their schoolmates seemed so great. What could be better than going to school with fun kids, in PARIS?!

Of course, Chloe and this other girl named Sabrina, (who Alya described to me as Chloe's dedicated servant) were invited, since Adrien is friendly and all inclusive, (which is SUPER sweet!) Buuuuut, they didn't show. I wonder why?

Sarcasm "dudes." As Nino would say.

Adrien took the seat next to mine, and Nathanaël took the other one. Nino and Alya were sitting across from us. It was nice to be surrounded by people I knew. Making friends in a new place can be very hard if you don't try hard, so I guess one could say I really lucked out.

A great time was had by all. The restaurant was swanky, and the music and food were good. We sat outside on a patio where we could overlook Paris's beauty, and everything was so wonderful and extravagant. Until the worst thing happened. At the worst possible time.

Good ol' Hawky decided at the worst moment to akumatize someone.

I was about to kiss Adrien!

~Hold on to your seats and stay tuned for the next chapter kids, because things are about to get WILD around these parts!~
