Almost There

     ADRIEN'S PERSPECTIVE

   My heart is racing so fast... I can't believe that (y/n) is Ladybug... Maybe my eyes deceived me, and it wasn't really her. This girl that I was in love with was her the whole time... And she feels the same way about me as Adrien!

        "ADRIEN!!!! IT'LL BE OKAY! CHAT NOIR WILL COME AND WE'LL SAVE YOU TOGETHER!!!!" I hear her screaming from not too far away, desperately trying to battle the current akumatized victim.

        Of course it'll be okay. My Ladybug can do anything. But of course, my blood is still pumping through my veins. Very rapidly. Because of Ladybug or being captured, I don't know. 

        "LADYBUG! PLEASE! HURRY!!!"

        Her movements were more awkward as usual as she was frantically and awkwardly trying to battle Natalie. 

        "I THINK... I THINK I KNOW WHERE THE AKUMA IS LADYBUG, IT'S IN HER..." 

         I was mid sentence when everything suddenly went black.

        ~RETURN TO YOUR PERSPECTIVE~

        Chat Noir never showed up to help me save Adrien, so it was an almost impossible task to accomplish on my own. Somehow I managed. It took me while to figure out where the akuma was. Turns out it was in Natalie's smartphone, where she does  a lot of her work.

        Right now, I'm at the hospital waiting for Adrien to come out of his room so I can check on him. He completely blacked out at the time, probably out of shock. He's awake now though, so there's no real need to worry... I hope.

        A door creaks open, and Adrien is facing me. A smile dancing across his face.

        "Adrien? You alright?"

        "Yep. Couldn't be better."

        "You sure you haven't become delusional? There's no real reason for you to be happy about right now. Did you hit your head?"

        "No real reason that you know of, but actually I have every reason to be extremely happy right now. I hope you got away with all the others during the party right?"

        Time to play it cool.

        "Oh... uh yeah. Totally. Thanks for worrying."

        "Ladybug was super cool when she saved me you know. I think she's great."

        "You think Ladybug's great!? Well, uh, maybe I can get you two to meet up sometime!? We're very close."

        "I know what you mean."

        "What I mean?"

        "Never mind, I have to go soon, I've got to get home and get yelled at by my dad. Psh. Can you believe it? Didn't even show up to see his own kid in the hospital. I'm glad I have at least you to care about me (y/n)."

        "Bye... Adrien." I was still embarrassed from our dinner when the fact that I like him slipped. "I'll see you soon, right?"

        "Definitely. Is later tonight good (y/n)?"

        "L-later t-t-tonight? W-we're still pretty young to do anything scandalous you know." 

        "Who said we'd be doing anything scandalous? Anyways, I gotta dip. See you soon!"

        While Adrien's taking his leave, I take mine as well, and as soon as I'm outside, I reach into my backpack.

        "Tikki?"

        "Yes, (y/n)?"

        "Do you think I could transform into Ladybug before I go see Adrien?"

        "Wait, what for? There's no real reason to."

        "I want to apologize to Chat Noir. I still feel really bad about what happened and I want to make amends. That must of been why he didn't show up to help me fight today."

        "That might not be the reason you know. If he really loved 'you', he wouldn't have abandoned you."

        "I know. I know. But that's exactly why I've got to find out. Tikki! Spots on!"

        For some reason, I know that Chat Noir's going to be out tonight. Whatever was holding him back from helping me before wasn't there anymore. Maybe he forgave me. But it's not really my fault. Marinette was the one who caused this trouble in the first place...

        I see Chat Noir on top of yet another unnamed building.

        "Hey."

        "Hey Bugaboo."
