Usagi's Point of View:

I rushed out the door of my house after kissing Abra and Elsa goodbye and waited for the bus. The huge yellow  beast emerged from the corner of my block. I got on and sat in my usual seat. I put in my earbuds and listened to my daily morning podcast, Cupid's Arrow. I was lucky enough to be a special guest on this recording. "Hello my sweethearts! It's Anmiè today, here with a very special guest, Usagi Nousagi!" I smiled and started to close my eyes, remembering how much fun it was to record the podcast. Suddenly, the bus screeched to a halt. I sat up and looked out the window, only to see the sky covered by black clouds. The students on the bus hurried into a quick panic. The bus driver grabbed his radio and made an emergency announcement to the frazzled students. "Attention Students! Please remain seated and calm. The Headmistress is doing everything she can to avert this situation. Thank you."
I continued to look at the clouds, until a tall, quiet guy in the back of the bus stood up. "It's okay everyone. I bet the clouds will clear up soon," he said. The bus started again slowly, making its way to Ravenwood.

"Did you see those Hella scary clouds yesterday?" Luna asked. It was noontime at Ravenwood, so the girls and I, with an addition of Parker, had grabbed our favorite table to dine at. Harmony spoke up. "Yeah, it cut off my reception so I couldn't listen to my song!" She ate a French Fry and pouted. "Elizi, do you know what happened," Sirona asked. She was clinging onto Parker's arm. "No, I don't know. Sorry." The bell rang three times, signaling the end of lunch. Parker and Sirona got up and made their way to the door. "What class do you have next, babe?" Sirona giggled. "Gym with the girls. I'll call you later, okay?" She kissed him on the cheek and caught up to us as we made our way to the gymnasium.

"Alright, listen up Maggots! Today we're going to play a good old fashioned game of dodgeball! While some of you may have your Fancy Spells and your High Working Gills, do any of you have actual TRUE strength? You have 5 minutes to get into teams of 3, and get rid of yer fancy magic sticks and spells! And if you don't....YER ARSES WILL BE HUNG ABOVE ME FIREPLACE!" He forcefully blew his whistle. The gym was filled with hassle and confusion as everyone tried to find a team of 3. I met up with the rest of the girls in the middle of the gym. There were six of us, meaning we'd be divided. Anmiè grabbed my arm. "I wanna be on the same team as Usagi!" Anmiè said as she pulled me to one side. Sirona followed, making the teams: Harmony, Luna, and Elizi vs. Anmiè, Sirona and I.
We wished each other luck and created a game plan. The coach blew the starting whistle, signaling us to move on opposite sides of the gym and get into starting positions. The gym teacher grabbed his whistle. "READY.....SET....G-" His sentence was cut off by an abrupt power outage. Confusion arose from the gym. The intercom cut on with an indistinguishable voice on the other end. The voice laughed and started to talk in a mellow tone. "Give up now....Ravenwood will fall....Join the right side..." The voice was cut off. Anmiè squeezed my arm tightly. The gym teacher's Walkie Talkie started to pick up the voice of the Headmistress, telling him to board the kids into a safe room until further notice. We were commanded to sit in the supply room and remain quiet. I regrouped with the other girls as we sat with fear dancing across our minds and thoughts.
