I sat there staring into space scared. I took the test and now I sit and wait. Its always the hard part. My fingers felt there way to my mark as I let out a small breath. My marking was still there yet I felt it wasn't. This made no sense to me and right now I just want Bryce to grab me and just hold me before saying: "It's okay."
Camilla sat down and was obviously thinking into space too. Winter was curled up in my lap sleeping. My hands wrapped around her as I was to nervous to let go. The doctor explained that I may have injured my supposed infant. It aches me to know that but we need to know for sure that I am pregnant before I believe it. Goddess, I am anxious, could you give me a helping hand for once. Just for your daughter.
I heard a knock once more and I glanced at the clock 11:58. "Luna." He smiled encouragingly at me. I nodded as he walked over to me. "We have another pup on the way." I didn't react. I just nodded. "I know." He sighed. "Luna this is a great thing!" He said encouraging me to smile with one of his own. "Yeah, it is." I mumbled emotionlessly. "I...I'll let you take time to think to yourself." He walked away as Camilla sat there now watching my tears that threatened to fall.
I don't know how to react to this. Why was it so soon. "Bryce." I whispered through mind link. Still no response.

We sat in the car and continued driving in silence. Winter was still sleeping. The doctor allowed me to go home at 4:30 AM when he said I was okay and I was ready automatically. It was now 4:50 maybe and I watched the descending stars and moon. Crescent was still quiet and unresponsive. It scares me to know my other half won't answer me.
"Are you alright?" Camilla asked me in the silent car. "Yep." I muttered. She nodded slowly and focused back on the road. We drove up to the pack house and she opened the door. "I'll meet you inside." I told her with a slight smile. She nodded and gave me one glance back before going inside. I glanced in the mirror at little Winter and sighed. I got out of the car and walked to her door and opened it.
I unbuckled her and picked her up with the autumn air against my legs. I laid her head on my shoulder and closed the door before carrying her inside. I laid her on the couch and smiled before I froze. I smelt his scent. I followed it to the office and slightly knocked. I heard no response and I opened it anyways. My eyes moved to a sleeping Bryce on the couch.H e really does not wish to see me does he? I walked over and sat next to him before lifting his head and placing it on my lap.
I began to mess with his hair when his eyes opened. His eyes connected with mine before he sat up and stood. I did the same in silence before he strode over to the door and left. I felt guilt and sorrow fill up in me as I chased after him. As I walked into the hallway he closed a door to our bedroom. I tried opening it but noticed it locked. Great. Now I am sleeping on the couch.
Tears threatened to fall once more. I rushed to Camilla's room and knocked. "Yes?" She asked tiredly opening the door. "Sorry Camilla but may I borrow clothes?" She nodded. "Of course." I followed her in as she went through clothes. "Here it is!" She cheered and turned. I noticed it was Bryce's long shirt. "The maid always mixes our clothes. Here,Anything else?" I shook my head. "Thank you.". She smiled as I left her room and went into the bathroom.
I got dressed into the long shirt and just stayed without pants and just underwear. Everyone in the pack house respects each other so I wasn't really worried. I brought my clothes to the living room and laid them on the floor. I entered a closet and pulled out a blanket and pillow. I sat them down before pulling off Winter's shoes and jacket. She was already dressed in pajama's as I asked Camilla to dress her in earlier. I laid down and let her snuggle into my side as I put the blanket over us.
