*a little before half past twelve he gently wakes her up*
Ben: Mal, it's time to head down to the lake
Mal: hmm, okay
Ben: come on
*he gets up and then helps her up before they head over to grab his scooter and then go to the ruins by the enchanted lake, as soon as they arrive Ben leads her across the bridge and then covers her eyes as he leads her to the ruins, once they get down there he uncovers her eyes*
Ben: here we are
Mal: woah
*the entire day place is covered in candles and twinkle lights*
Ben: do you like it?
Mal: I love it, it's beautiful, perfect even
Ben: I'm glad you like it
Mal: you always do perfect, you are perfect
Ben: I'm far from it but thank you
Mal: well you are to me, I love you
Ben: I love you even more
Mal: not possible
Ben: well I say it is
Mal: whatever, do I see strawberries?
Ben: of course
Mal: yes!
Ben: do you really think I'd forget the strawberries
Mal: you did two weeks ago
Ben: ahhh
*mak chuckles*
Mal: come on I want to go spend some quality time with my favourite thing in the entire world
Ben: aw...
Mal: the strawberries
Ben: oh
Mal: just kidding, come on
*they sit down for about half an hour where they talk, laugh and eat, eventually they finish, the sit cuddled of together for a while talking a little*
Ben: you wanna go for a swim?
Mal: sure
*they strip down so he's wearing his trunks and her a bikini, they get in and immediately get into a splash fight, him chuckling the whole way through and her giggling her ass off*
Mal: stop it!
Ben: make me
Mal: what if I do?
Ben: you won't
Mal: ha!
*as she speaks she uses her magic to send a huge wave of water at him, knocking him back, she chuckles as he falls under the water and stops the wave but starts to worry when he doesn't come back up to the surface*
Mal: Ben? Ben!
*she gets no response and then suddenly she goes flying up, shocked as he come up , his arms wrapped around her waist, hoisting her up out of the water*
Ben: I win
Mal: Ben you scared me!
Ben: serves you right, magic is so cheating
Mal: no one needs to know
Ben: come on, let's go sit down on the rocks for a while
*he leads her over to the rocks having put her down, she sits in his lap facing the side*
Mal: I know I'm not supposed to use my powers, I'm sorry
Ben: what?
Mal: magics restricted, I'm not supposed to use my powers
Ben: you only do small things, it's fine
Mal: is it really?
Ben: they've made you take a magic class of course you're gonna use your powers, you need to learn to control them
Mal: okay
Ben: yeah now I have a present for you when we get out
Mal: I have one for you as well
*they go over and sit by the waterfall after a while, spending the next half an hour or so talk, laughing (occasionally snogging) until she starts to shiver so he decides it's time they got out, they get out and get dry and dressed, she's still shivering so he gives her his coat then sit back down*
Ben: presents time?
Mal: okay
*she fishes around in her bag while he just quickly gets a little box and a present wrapped in purple paper (kinda scruffily) out of his satchel, she pulls out a quite large present*
Ben: I'm going first
Mal: okay then
*he hands her both of the little presents*
Mal: alright wrapped one first
Ben: sorry it's a bit badly wrapped, I did it myself
Mal: that's sweet of you
*she opens it to find a beautiful bracelet that was purple pink and green splashes on black threads attached to silver dragon and beast head pendants intertwined, representing them*
Mal: it's amazing
Ben: and look on the back
*mal turns it over and reads the inscription on the back, it reads 'happy six month anniversary, I love you'*
Mal: I love it
Ben: now the box
*mal opens the box to find a beautiful silver heart locket*
Ben: open it
*inside she finds a picture of them together at his coronation, she smiles at the sight of it
Ben; you like it then?
Mal: it's amazing, I love it, thank you, can you put it on for me?
Ben: sure
*she turns around as she hands it to him, she draws her hair out of the way and he fm carefully does it up*
Mal: my present for you sucks in comparison
Ben: I'm sure I'll love I whatever it is
*she hands him the present and he opens it, it's a painting of them*
Mal: I painted it myself, it's why you weren't allowed to come and visit when I was spending extra time in the art room
Ben: wow, it looks so realistic, it's fantastic, I don't know how you can do things like that
Mal: so you like it?
Ben: I love it
Mal: good
Ben: I have to ask, the bag?
Mal: yeah extension charm
*ben looks at his watch*
Ben: babe we'd better get going soon, we've gotta be back in time for the game this afternoon
Mal: I guess
Ben: let's go
Mal: okay
*the rest of the day goes well, Ben scored the winning goal and Mal ran don and hugged him, he'd picked her up, spun her round and kissed her once he'd out her back down, he later surprised her with a romantic dinner before taking her back to her room rather late, almost missing curfew, she steps in and he stands in her doorway*
Ben: sm did you enjoy our anniversary?
Mal: yeah, you?
Ben: I loved it
Mal: okay, I love you
Ben: I love you too, goodnight
Mal: night
*he gives her a quick hug and peck on the lips before leaving for his room, she finds Evie already crashed out on her bed so she quietly changes and gets into bed*
