Baby Wake Up

*Ashton's POV*

"Arena please help me.."I cried into the phone. "We're on our way now.."She said. The door opened, revealing her and the other three sisters.

They all crawled into the closet and closed the door. "How is she?"Arena asked. "She passed out, but her breathing is very slow."I said as tears came down my cheeks.

"I heard loads of sirens outside, she'll be fine. She's a tough girl, she'll make it. I promise Ashton.."Arena said. The girls nodded in agreement. I smiled and rubbed Rena's hand.

I then heard a loud knock on the door, and we all fell silent. "Anyone in there? It's police force!"I heard a firm and strong male voice say. Valentine grabbed the machine gun and held it up.

I opened the door, and I saw the swat team pointing guns at us. They lowered them, and Valentine did the same. Arena picked up Rena, and we all walked out of the closet.

We ran out of the school, and we saw hundreds of students in the parking lot. We ran up to an ambulance, and they rolled Rena into it. "You and Arena can ride with her. We'll drive."Mia said.

I nodded and gave her my car keys. They ran off, and Arena and I jumped into the ambulance. The driver sped off, and I just stared at Rena's pale and motionless body.

*10 minutes later*

They rolled her into the emergency room, and they started working on her. "I'm sorry but you can't be in here.."The doctor said as he pushed Arena and I out. He closed the door, leaving us worried in the empty hall.

I sat down on the floor and cried. Arena came up by my side and rubbed my shoulder, allowing tears to escape her eyes as well. It was honestly embarrassing for me to cry in front of a girl like this, but it was necessary.

My "friend" has the chance of dying, and neither of us not her sisters are ready for that. Her sisters rushed up to us, and they sat down with us. "Is she ok?"Mia asked.

"There working on her right now.."I whimpered. Valentine sat down next to me and pulled me close. 'Please be ok..'I thought.

*15 minutes later*

The doctor walked out of the room, and he looked down at us. We all stood up and looked at him, waiting for an answer. "You guys can go in.."He said with sadness in his voice.

We rushed in, and I just froze up at the sight of her. She was on life support, and she was hooked up to a bunch of machines making her breath. I started crying even more, but Arena was sobbing!

I went up by Rena and held her hand. Our touch was the same, but since she wasn't awake I didn't feel as much love from her. "Pl-Please... Please baby wake up.."I cried.

Her lips would move, but they would stop after a few seconds. I felt even more tears slip down my cheeks, and one of them hit her hand. "I-I love you.."I whimpered knowing that she wouldn't here me.

"I have some news...And it's not really good.."The doctor said. "She's in a coma... We're not sure when she'll be getting out of it either. Her bullet wound has been fixed, but we tend to do nothing else to her. We don't want to trigger anything, so we just decided to leave her alone... I'm sorry."He said.

"Th-Thank you doctor.."Arena stuttered. He nodded and walked out of the room along with closing the door behind him. I laid down in the bed with Rena and held her hand.

I laid my head down on her shoulder and let my tears fill up in her shirt material. I missed her already. If it wasn't for her, I wouldn't be alive right now.

My phone then rang, so I looked down at it. It was my mum, so I of course answered it.

Ashton: H-Hello..

Mum: Honey are you ok?! I heard what happened at the school, are any of you or the girls hurt? *Starts Crying*

Ashton: I'm fine.. B-But Rena isn't, she's in a c-c-coma..

Mum: Oh my god, Lauren, Harry, and I are coming right now.

Ashton: *Sighs*Ok, bye..

Mum: Bye. *Hangs Up*

The doctor walked in and looked at all of us. "Um, Mr. Irwin? We have to take you in so we can examine your wound.. Along with you Mia."The doctor said. Mia and I nodded.

I sadly got up from the bed and let go of Rena's hand. I walked out of the room with Mia and went into the room next door. We both laid down on separate beds and let the doctors examine us.

"We're gonna have to go in and take out the bullet.."The doctor said. I let out a heavy breath and nodded. 'Just let me get back to Rena..'I thought.
