Could this possibly be...an update?

Yes. Yes it is. And I can promise that it's a good, long chapter, that I spent a lot of time on, so I hope you enjoy it! (When I say a long time, I mean a long time. I actually finished it a couple days ago, but Wattpad shut down before I could save it, and I had to rewrite half the chapter)

:)

Chapter 4: Jason

Jason supposed he shouldn't have been surprised when Leo's 'plan' completely and utterly failed. The only thing it succeeded at was causing the Seven a whole lot more trouble, which was the last thing they needed.

When Jason came to consciousness, the first thing he registered was darkness. Darkness surrounding him, pressing in on him.

It took a second for Jason to realize this was because his eyes were closed.

Peeling them open, he tried to sit up, and immediately fell over again as his bruised and broken body screamed in protest.

Wait, what?

Jason sat up again, this time more slowly, and observed the many colored bruises crisscrossing his legs. And by the feel of it, he would have been prepared to bet that the rest of his body was as covered.

What in Hades had happened?

Jason raised his pounding head, and stared uncomprehendingly at his surroundings. The more he stared, the more sure he became that he was not on the Argo II. He was sitting on what seemed to be a barren, rocky cliff, that dropped off sharply about fifty yards away. Jason strained his memory, trying to remember how he had landed here...

Where was here?

Painfully, Jason crawled to the edge of the cliff, and stared at the steep drop to the ocean fifty feet below. Across a narrow pass, was another cliff identical to it. Beyond the pass and cliffs the blue ocean sparkled, but no bronze ship.

Jason rubbed his head. Something about the pass seemed strangely familiar.

And then it hit him.

Think Jason thought desperately, How in Hades did I end up on the Clashing Rocks?

The last thing he remembered...

Jason stared off into the distance. Where was the Argo II? Why had they abandoned him? Did they even know he was gone? Unless...

He looked down at the wreckage of hundreds of ships below, and felt his stomach churn as his breakfast threatened to make a reappearance. No. No way. He knew the Argo II was still intact, but where were they?

"Perhaps we can enlighten you," said a gravelly voice, echoing through the cliffs. Jason raised his head, as the voice echoed in his ears, lingering there longer than it should have,

"What are you talking about?" He yelled back. No response.

Instead, the rocky cliffside suddenly extended, morphing into an island. The cliffside Jason stood at was the same, but instead of dropping off again in a hundred yards, the rocky ground continued on for at least another mile, finally raising into a hill, where Jason could just make out a small shrine.

"If you want to find your friends and that pathetic boat you call a ship, I suggest you hurry," the voice boomed again.

Jason sighed. It was obviously a trap, but what other choice did he have?
