Wow, ok I feel so bad doing this. I'm really sorry, everyone, but I have decided to discontinue this fanfiction. 

I know you're all probably really, really mad at me - and believe me that I'm REALLY sorry! I honestly meant to finish this, and I really wish that I could. Reading back on this, I feel pretty proud of it, but the truth is, I've kind of moved on. I've been dragging this out, but I've just lost inspiration. 

Part of the reason is that I've branched out into original science-fiction, and I've gotten so into that, I've left the fanfiction behind, and just lost inspiration. I mean, I've just thrown all my effort into working on my original book (called The Catalyst) and I'm even hoping that someday it could be published. In addition this past year has been so, so busy for me, I just haven't had the time.

I'm so sorry guys. I hope you can forgive me. I always hate it when authors discontinue their books, and I hate to be one of those, but I think it's even worse to keep you all hanging for months at a time, waiting for updates that won't come because I've mentally moved on.

HOWEVER: Although I've lost the inspiration to keep writing this, I DID have a plan worked out for this book. SO, for some closure, I wanted to ask if you wanted me to post the plan on this book, just so that you could at least find out what would have happened next?

Anyways, whether you want me to post it or not, I did want to thank you for all of the support. This book has nearly 50,000 reads, and close to 1,000 votes - it's crazy! I just can't believe the incredible amount of support and encouragement, which is why I feel so bad doing this. I may someday decide to write another chapter or two, but at this stage that is highly unlikely - which is why I have decided to discontinue this.

I hope you all understand why I feel the need to do this, though I understand if you're angry and hate me for it. Thank you all so, so much for the support -all the commenters, the voters, and the silent readers - and tell me if you want me to post the plan that I had for this fanfiction so you could find out what would have happened next.
