This is a story about Katniss and Peeta in the Hunger Games. It is a remix were they have always been in love, so it is not an act. (This is my first story so please be understanding guys!)
As soon as we are on the hovercraft, Peeta is taken away from me, and Capitol attendants come and get me. They sedate me, and that's the last thing I remember.
*************4 days later************* I wake up, and when I move my hands to rub my eyes, I feel stiff, but strong. Plus, all of the scars I've ever had are gone. I'm legit flawless. I get out of the bed, and realize I'm in my room in the tribute center. I try to open the door, and finding it unlocked, I go look for Peeta. I spot my prep team, and they rush towards me. "Katniss!!! We have to get you ready for the interviews tonight!!" They tell me. So I've been out for 4 days. Geez. I follow my prep team. When we get to my prep area, I look in the mirror. Oh. My. God. What has happened to me. My boobs are bigger and I have curves now. "What happened?" I ask. "Oh, Snow wanted you to look older so he gave you sedatives and drugs to make you look older" Octavia tells me. What the junk? They do my hair, cutting it a bit, and then adding blonde highlights that will wash out the next time I shower. I am waxed again, and then we are on to makeup. I have lots of it on, and my face feels weird.

Then my prep team brings out my dress. I want to die when I see myself in it.

It's super short so I won't be able to bend over in it, and the top barely covers my boobs. It actually pushes them up, and since Snow drugged me, it looks super weird. Then I have these huge silver heels on. Oh well, Capitol here I come.
********* I'm below the stage, waiting for my platform to rise. Peeta and I will greet each other on the stage. My platform starts to rise, and I see bright lights. Then I see my man. Peeta is dressed in a black tux with a purple shirt and a purple flower in his hand. He gives the flower to me, and then we kiss. We kiss for a while, and then I shove my tongue into his mouth. We continue this for 10 minutes and then Peeta picks me up and takes me to the love seat. We will have a 30 minute interview, and then we will watch the games for 2 hours. We start. (AN I'm gonna put the interview weird cause I don't have my keyboard and wattpad is on my phone, so I'm to lazy to type all this.)
C: hey guys K: hey Ceaser, I've missed you C: oh we've missed you too P: hey bud C: sup Peety? *actual interview starts* C: so, glad to be back together? K: yes, I've missed my lover C: Katniss, you look wonderful. More mature, curvier. Some are wondering, are you pregnant? This takes me off guard. K: no Ceaser, not yet, because Peeta and I, we like to do more than take care of crying babies all night C: cute. Peeta, you told me something special was going to take place tonight. P: yes Ceaser, I have something special planned for my Sweetheart tonight. C: well, go ahead Peeta gets down on one knee, and pulls a box out of his pocket. He opens it, and pours out his heart. "Katniss Everdeen, I've loved you since I was five, and we've dated since 11. I kept you alive at age 11, and you kept me alive during the games. I love you so much, and I can't bear to call you an Everdeen anymore. Be a Mellark, let me call you mine. Make me happy, let me see how lucky I am when I wake up to your beautiful face every morning. Katniss, beautiful Katniss, marry me?" "Of course I will marry you!!! Yes!!" He puts the ring on my finger. It's truly a beautiful ring. A white pearl and a grey pearl surrounded by little diamonds.

We watch the recap of the games, Ceaser bids everyone goodnight, and we leave. Peeta and I fall asleep together, our first night engaged.
*********** We are woken up by peacekeepers. They tell us we have 15 minutes to get ready. We have a meeting with Snow this morning apparently. Peeta and I shower quickly, get dressed, and leave. When we get to the mansion, we are escorted to the office. "Hello, my victors." Snow says. "Good morning sir, how are you?" Peeta says. "I'm well Peeta. I only have one problem." "What is it?" I ask. "Katniss, Peeta, sit. First, I would like to say, congratulations on your engagement." "Thank you." Peeta says. "This problem began when Katniss was dressed as the Mockingjay for her interviews. People saw that as defiance, not some cute outfit based off your lovers nickname. The only way to stop uprisings from happening is to prove it was love." "How?" Peeta asks. "Good question Mr. Mellark. I want the girl pregnant by the Victory Tour. If she is not, I will make sure that you both are sent into the quarter quell. I will also make sure that Prim and your mother are dead. Cinna, your dad, will also die. Gale, his girlfriend Madge, and their baby will die. Peeta, I will kill your family. I will bomb district 12. I will put you in the arena, make you immortal, give you no weapons, and make you suffer forever. Are we clear?" "Yes sir" I tell him. "Good, you are dismissed. And the same thing goes for if you tell anyone about this little meeting." We leave. Peacekeepers take us to a little clinic, where doctors will make sure we are able to have children. They will also give me a fertility shot so that I will conceive the first time we have sex while I'm ovulating. We leave, and board the train to head home. We get to it as soon as we are on the train. "Katniss, what if you don't get pregnant?" "Well, Peeta, I had my period right before the games, so that means I'm ovulating now. So we're in luck." "Oh" is all he says. When we wake up, we take a shower, and then eat. We watch tv, eat lunch, nap, eat dinner, sleep. When I wake up the next morning, I puke. "Katniss?" Peeta asks. "Hey Peeta, do they have any pregnancy tests?" "Yeah why?" "Just go get me one." These Capitol tests are amazing. The work and show positive the moment the child was concepted. Peeta comes back, and I take it. Positive it reads. Well, it worked, I'm pregnant. I tell Peeta, and he looks happy. I find the shot that I'm supposed to give myself after I conceive. It will protect me from anything that could harm the baby. I also go get the vitamins I'm supposed to take. When I find out I'm pregnant, I was supposed to call Snow and tell him. I call him, and tell all. He says that in 3 months the Capitol will come get me, and we'll have an interview and a doctors appointment. This will happen every 3 months. Then at 8 months, I will go to the Capitol and stay until the baby is born. I go to eat, and I see district 12, my home.
Hey guys, cool chapter huh? Sorry if you don't like everlark pregnancy, but that's what this story is so, oh well!! This is also one where they are mentors, and they don't go to the games again. The timeline will be jacked up, but you'll have to deal with it. Okay, I've come up with something else to make myself feel better. I want to see comments and votes!!!
