the next morning....

kakashi pov

i got out of bed early and stretched. time for my morning jog. i put on some nice jogging pants and a tank top. put on some socks and sneakers. ok. i put on my mask so people wont see the bottom half of my face. its not that there is anything wrong, i just like keeping secrets. makes me look cool. i combed my hair and headed out of my one bedroom apartment.

i started down the sidewalk of my nice and quiet neighborhood. i made sure i didn't live too close to campus. dont want to deal with rowdy students or parties or anything like that. im an adult. ill be 30 in a few months so i dont deal with stuff like that on purpose. i waved at the nice neighbors. i was surprised to see that mrs senju-gallant was also a teacher at the university. she flirted with me the first time i met her. 'ooohhh a nice strong young man. why dont you come back to my place and ill show you a real woman' she said. i had never been more grateful for being gay in my life. 'really? well my husband was always a little sweet. wanna check him out' i ran. i actually ran home. i sighed. she is still a nice lady. i made sure to tell her that im NOT interested in messing around with them period. she seemed like she understood. ok. another two laps and i can go home. gotta push it, kakashi. i can do this.

reader pov

i woke up with a start. gotta admit that was indeed some good sleep. slept like a rock. i yawned. time to get up. i tried to pull my arm from around him. didn't let it go. he groaned. he rolled on his stomach pulling me on his back. he snored. he still refused to let my hand go. i had to pry it from under him. he snorted and woke up. he started grinning. "looks like someone is horny," he whispered. i got off him. "weird ass dude," i started out the bed. he grabbed my hand. "you dont have to go. i dont mind if you want it in the morning," he said. "you rolled over in your sleep pulling me on top. i was trying to get up," i said. he pouted. "you are no fun," he grumbled. i got up and started getting dressed. "whatcha got planned for today?" he asked. i shrugged. "couch potato till classes start Monday morning," i put on my shoes. "wanna help me study?" he asked. "not really. i did all my studying. im just relaxing my body and mind to prepare for the stress," i said. "wanna go to breakfast?"

"not really hungry,"

"watch tv?"

"i can do that at home,"

"come on man. im trying to find a reason to spend time with ya. help me out," he grumbled. "you keep trying to force a relationship, hidan. i told you, if it happens, it happens. you cant force something that isn't meant to be," i stood up. he sighed. "you could help me out sometimes," he grumbled as he got out of bed. "take me home. i held up my end of the bargain," i said. "do ya like me?" i shrugged. "feel the same way i did before i met you," i said. he sighed. "im no closer, am i?" i shook my head. "just let me get dressed. ill drop you off," he grumbled as he started getting dressed.

"i want to spend time with you, john. i really do. there has got to be something you wanna do. i got money so it dont matter what it is. just....something," he said. i leaned in his window. i put my forehead against his. a kiss. i pulled away with a pop. "stop trying so hard. if its meant to be, it will happen. ya gettin on my nerves to the point that i liked you better when we never met face to face," i said. "im not giving up," he grumbled. i shrugged. "you will just hurt yourself," i walked up to the apartment and headed inside. "you been spending a lot of time with hidan. yaw dating?" asked sasuke. i shook my head. "dont mean he dont want to its just..." "you wanna test the waters. i know. i was a virgin once too," he didn't look up from his phone. i shrugged. i started heading into my room. "you busy? got this house party that i want you to be my wing man at," he said. i shrugged. "house party before school starts? guess it could be fun," i said. "its tonight. i also need you to take us," he said. "of course you do," he just shrugged. "its tonight. wear something decent," he grumbled.
