Chapter 21 - Apologies

I sat on the couch just laying back. I was exhausted. I don't even know why I am being like this. It feels like every step I take or lift a finger my energy levels go way down. When I passed out before I was bleeding. How? Is this Kalous doing? Am I dying? Nahh I can't die, even if Kalous is really doing this and wants me back, he wouldn't just try and kill me. Would he? Sighing I put my head in my hands. This is all to confusing and difficult. I've bled infront of vampires twice now and the second time I almost got someone killed. My bestfriend is up there cause of me. My cousin is blaming herself every second and I have Alerik who won't leave me alone. And every time he touches me or gets too close I get these funny feelings in my stomach. I don't think I like him.
Of course not, its nothing. The voice stated. Yeah I don't like him. Its nothing. I wanted to close my eyes but I couldn't risk it. I might pass out and bleed. "Lily?" I looked up at Alerik standing over me. "What?" I snapped. I'm still pissed at him for trying to stake Faith. He scratched his head. "I...I feel helpless right now. Did you need me to do anything?" I wanted to say "fuck you and leave me alone." But that wouldn't help this current situation. I think he needs to apologies to Faith and Justin. My stomach grumbled. I haven't eaten yet. A light bulb brightened at an idea. I grinned evilly to Alerik. He gulped. "You will cook dinner for all of us that means cleaning the whole kitchen and you will full on apologies to Faith and Justin." I said still grinning. He slowly nodded and walked away. I couldn't help laughing to myself. I heard clinging. Good he's actually doing it. I grumbled at my head. It was starting to hurt again. I shook it off and turned on the TV. Good supernatural was on. My favorite. God Dean is HOT. I grinned.

An hour later I smelt food from the kitchen. I jumped up and slowly walked into the kitchen. Alerik was cleaning up. "This smells good." I said in a tired weak tone. He must if heard it in my voice because he turned and frowned. "You need to rest." He said. I shook my head and smiled. "Not chance. Not when some comedy is gonna happen." He smiled a little and I left to get the others two love birds. I'm hoping their getting cuddled. I climbed the stairs with effort. This is so draining. I ignored it and got to the bedroom Justin is using. I knocked and walked in. They were awake and talking. Faith is smiling. She's smiling! I grinned. They didn't see me coming. "Aren't you two love birds getting comfy?" I joked. I walked over and sat down at the end of the bed. "What are you doing?" I asked. They blushed. I raised a brow and looked at the black drawing book. I grinned and took it. "Hey!" I laughed and opened it. These were fantastic. Amazing. "Who drew these?" I looked up at the blushed Faith. "Faith these are amazing. Your so talented." She grabbed the book. "Whatever." I giggled. My stomach grumbled again and my head started going fuzzy. I shook it off. Dinner. Ohhhh dinner. I totally forgot. I stood and held my hands out. "Come I got a surprise for you two." They looked confused but eager to know what it is. They took my hands and I led them downstairs. I heard them growl. I smiled and pushed them into the kitchen were Alerik was kneeling. I meant to him to apologies but not kneel. I wanted to laugh. "Faith, Justin will you forgive my stupidity? I'm a dick and I'm such an ass. Will you forgive me?" He said is a half annoyed and half truthful voice. I wanted to laugh.

Faith
Oh ive been waiting centuries for this. I step forward and kick Alerik in the face with every bit if energy I had. He fell to the floor clutching his nose. "Okay I forgive you" I said as I walked past him. I turned back to see him rolling on the floor in pain and Justin and Lily smiling. I tilt my head and smile innocently back at them. I sit down and start eating the food that Alerik cooked. I stopped eating the minute I actually tasted it. "Well" I said forcing myself to swallow the horrible food, "dont ever cook again please" I said as I picked up an apple and walked into the lounge room.

After a while, I realised that Lily had disappeared. "Does anyone know where Lily is?" I asked and the boys looked around. "I think she's upstairs" Alerik says "I'll go check on her" he said. He heads upstairs and Justin looks at me raising his eyebrows. "I know that look Justin. He is so not going there with her. My ex is not getting in with my cousin" I said and he starts laughing. I hear someone calling for me. I zoom upstairs, Justin following behind me. Alerik was sitting beside Lily who was asleep. She was so pale. "Whats going on?" Alerik whispered so we didn't wake her. I walk over to her and bring one hand to her forehead and one to her chest. I began chanting a spell quietly so I can see what's wrong. This flow of energy runs through me and sends me flying back. My back crushed against the wall the energy had thrown me into and I fall to the floor. Thank heaven for vampire healing. Id awaken Lily in the crashing and loud noises. She sits up and you could tell it took alot of energy to do so. "Whats...going on guys?" She asked rubbing her eyes. I stand up. "I cant get inside her mind cause Kalous is already in there, but I saw whats happening...shes dying" I said with tears forming in my eyes. "No Faith you must have it wrong. She cant be dying" Alerik said panicking. "Alerik..." I said trying to calm him down but he cut me off by punching a hole in the wall. "SHE CANT BE DYING FAITH! I LOVE HER OKAY! IVE FELT A CONNECTION SINCE I FIRST MET HER! YOU KNOW WHO RAISED ME! YOU KNOW THAT A WEREWOLF FAMILY ADOPTED ME AND TOLD ME EVERYTHING THERE IS TO KNOW!...Its like I've imprinted on her..." he says and I jump back a little in surprise. I look at Lily who was trynna stand to get out of bed. This isnt gonna be good

For the next hour were all arguing about how to save her when we hear a crash on the door. It sounded as though the door broke. I brought a finger up to my mouth to tell everyone to remain silent. I form a fire ball in my hands as I poke my head out the door way. I tip toe down stairs. The door was split in half. I go to look outside to see if anyone was there when suddenly someone grabbed my wrist with the fire ball and pinned it to the wall. Using their other hand, they grasp around my throat and lift me off the floot a little. Jyrax's cold eyes starred back at me. "J..Jyrax" I choked out and he smiled. "You weren't very nice to me last time we were together sweetheart" he said bringinf his fangs out in a devilish smile. "You weren't very nice to my cousin" I said through clenched teeth. He was crushing my wrist with the grip her hand on me. "What are we gonna do about your little misbehavior. You're fathers not to happy" he said and I growled. I spat in his face which he was not happy about. "Oh I'm so gonna have fun with you Faithy" he said and I grunted as his grip on my throat tightened. "Dont...call me that" I grunted as I bring my knee up and made contact with his manhood. He released me and feel to the floor and in one swift motion, I bring my knee up again and it connects with his nose. He growls and grabs me again. He drags me out of the house, one hand gripped on my hair and the other on my hair. "LET ME GO YOU BLOODSUCKING MANIAC!" I yelled. It was then I noticed my father waiting at a car. "Hello Faithy" he said and Jyrax growled. "Careful Kalous, shes not very obedient today. The last time I called her Faith she wasn't exactly nice" he says and I smile a little. Clearly Jyrax had noticed cause using yhe hand grabbing my hair, he slammed my head in the car and I began feeling light headed "Still think its funny Faithy?" He asked and I growled. "Get her in the car. There's chains meant for vampires in there. She wont be able to break them" he said and I struggled as much as I could. "I'm gonna go get Little Lily" Kalous said and I screamed, "GET HER OUT OF THERE!" I screamed and I caught a glimpse of Justin in the window. I shaked my head signaling for him to forget me and get Lily out of there. I was pushed into the car and a foot connected with my face and darkness dragged me down.
