"What do you want for us to read, Dipper?" Cif snapped angrily, annoyed that Dipper had interrupted her conversation.

Dipper handed the journal to Cif, whispering in a frightened voice, "this page wasn't there before," and backing away from Cif nervously.

The journal was opened to the very last page, which had with glowing red writing. Glowing. Literally Glowing. How is that possible? The book was not electronic, no light bulbs, not energy at all. The glow of the writing strongly resembled the glow in the sky when Bill had appeared.

"Bill wrote it," Gideon told Cif quietly, "he wrote it using magic."

Cif sighed, annoyed, and looked at Gideon flatly. "Stop doing that, my God, that's annoying," she whined as she rolled her eyes.

"I can't help it," Gideon responded defensively, "I'm trying to help, this page is gonna give us the answers we need."

Cif ignored him and they both read the illuminated writing silently.

Ciferity Brynn Katley, you are not normal. As a matter of fact you disgust me greatly. When you were born you were given the name Kathryn Brynn Katley, however your adoptive parents changed it. Why? I have no reason to keep this from you. I made them change it, of course.  What is your name now? Ciferity. Who ever heard of a girl named Ciferity? No one, that's who. I chose Ciferity because it descends from Cipher, obviously.

Gideon Charles Gleeful, you are probably more unlikeable than Ciferity. I want for you to know that I was the one to kill your parents and Stan, though you and your "friends" have probably figured this out already. I also want for you to know that you could spend a thousand eternities trying to please Mabel Pines and it would do no good, she will never care about you.

I want the two of you to know that I plan on killing everyone in this town, and everyone you care about, and there is nothing you can do to stop me.

There was more writing at the very bottom of the page, but this writing glowed white instead of red. It was much more beautiful than Bill's message, though it made much less sense as well. All this message said was; "Gideon Gleeful possesses the power of telepathy, the ability to read minds and see into the future, and the ability to communicate with the dead. Ciferity Katley possesses the power of teleplasmation, the ability to create physical objects with the mind."

"I thought you said you weren't telepathic," Cif whispered to Gideon nervously.

"I did..." Gideon answered quietly, his voice shaking even more than Cif's. "I'm not, I can't, this makes no sense."

"It makes perfect sense," Cif corrected him after thinking a moment, "That's the reason why you knew all of that stuff about me, about Bill, about everything..."

"I've never been able to do that, though," Gideon explained to Cif quickly, "Not until a few minutes ago."

"Well what about me?" Cif then asked, changing the subject, "What the hell is teleplasmation? I've never even heard of that."

Dipper snatched the journal from Cif. "It says teleplasmation is the ability to create an object using your mind."

"Well, I can't do that," Cif responded, frustrated with how confused she was. "I've never been able to, so that doesn't make any sense."

"Well then try it," Mabel told Cif impatiently.

"I don't know how," Cif snapped at Mabel, "I wouldn't even know where to begin."

"Cif, you just picture something clearly in your mind," Gideon explained to her, "just try that."

Cif shook her head quickly. "No, no, I"m not getting involved with this supernatural magic wizard-y crazy whatever stuff!" She knew she was making no sense but she didn't care.

"Cif, please!" Gideon shouted, "this might be the only way we can stop Bill, maybe if we can work together with these powers we'll at least have a chance."

Cif just took a deep breath and shrugged dully. "Fine, whatever, I'll try it. What am I supposed to think of anyway?"

"Anything," Gideon told her softly, "it doesn't matter as long as it's tangible and you create a clear picture of it in your mind."

Cif nervously closed her eyes. This isn't going to work, this is stupid, she thought to herself. A girl who can create objects out of nothing? Maybe in some kind of myth or fantasy or something, but not in the life of an average American teenage girl.

Cif tried to think out something, but nothing came to mind, oddly enough. Finally, she thought of the plainest thing she could; A pencil. She pictured it in her mind as clearly as she could. This is stupid. Stupid, stupid, stupid, she thought.

A blinding light flashed in Cif's mind and her head began to sting and burn terribly. She could barely even breathe and began so scream in pain. For a short moment, all of her thoughts were erased except for the mental image of the pencil.

She held out her hands slowly and a shapeless blue light that reassembled the galaxy slowly molded itself into what looked like a pencil.

Cif opened her eyes and inhaled frantically, staring at the pencil in her hands. "Oh my God," she whispered, astonished, "Did this actually work?"

Dipper took the pencil from Cif and scribbled on a piece of paper from his journal. The pencil didn't write, even though it had a perfectly sharpened tip.

"It's not writing," Dipper announced, "Cif, you try it."

Cif grabbed the pencil and attempted to write on the journal, but it woudn't write. "It has a perfect tip, why is it writing?" Cif asked, beginning to panic.

"I don't know," Gideon answered, "Were you thinking negatively when you pictured it in your head?"

Cif nodded slowly. "Of course I was, I didn't think this was going to work, it's insane, I mean can you blame me?"

"No, of course not," Gideon told her, "just try again, this time think only positive thoughts."

"Alright," Cif agreed. "This brings imagination to a new level," she then mumbled to herself, though she couldn't help but think that might just be a good thing.

She focused again, thinking positively this time. Sure enough she was able to conjure a pencil that wrote perfectly when she did this, not to mention the burning sensation and suffocation was gone.

"How is this even possible?" Cif asked.

Dipper laughed. "It's Gravity Falls, anything's possible in this place. You should know that by now, right, Cif?"

Cif just shrugged and smiled faintly. "Yeah, I suppose so," she told Dipper honestly, "this is quite a town."

They all laughed, not because they were happy, but because they didn't know what else to do.
