Scottys POV
She's safe that's all that matters ...but what if the pod crashed into a mountain....what if she's dead ...dear god ..no stop aha safe she's on that planet right now probably cursing me for tricking her ...I can still see her face when she gets annoyed at me for something stupid how I wouldn't take it seriously and smile when she was going on a rant the way her eyebrows furrow at me then the way she smiles along with me , the way her eyes twinkle when she's talking about mechanics that makes my heart flutter ....that was the right thing to do she's safe ...she's safe ....I ran into a pod and launched it after a battle climbing up the side of a cliff I managed to walk around

"Hey that's starfleet property don't-" I was cut off my her pointing a knife at me
"But I'm feelin generous today so have at it"
She pointed to my star insignia
"What is that?"
"My starfleet insignia it means I'm a officer of starfleet its engineering division"
"Engineering?"
"Yea I fix things"
"I know what is engineering!"
"Your not with those bastards who killed my ship are ya?"
She spat
"He is crawl"
She explained to me
"I am jaylah and you are Montgomery Scott "
"Aye Scotty"
"Come now Montgomery Scotty"
I followed her to her home which was a ship she talked about a woman she found aswell but she disappeared she wouldn't say much to me about her ...I still thought about Dayna I hope she's alright if anything happened to her ...I couldn't live with myself ...no she's alright ...she survived she's a fighter she's tough I know she's alright think happy thoughts Scott ....like the time the heater broke ..

"Scotty!! Help!"
I ran to her
"What what what's wrong!!?"
"The air con broke and I'm melting"
I rolled my eyes
"You'll survive"
"I won't ..*cough* *cough* save me!" She dramatically fell into the couch
"Alright alright I'll fix et"
I took out my tool box and began fixing the cooler she went into the kitchen for something then she went silent I didn't take much of it till I felt my collar being pulled and three cold cubes being shoved down it
"AHHGGG SHHIIIII....THATS COLD!"
She ran off laughing after doing a crazy dance to get the ice cubes out of my shirt I ran after her she was in the bedroom
"Now Scotty! Calm down! My love I wasn't thinking straight it was the heat!" She smiled I smirked and walked up to her she backed up against the wall I placed my hands on each side
"Ya know that was a bad thing to do lass"
She gulped
"A..and what are you gonna do?"
"Well I'll have to punish ya"
"A..and how are .y..you gonna do that?"
I smirked
"I'll punish ya the only way I know how to"
She blushed and leaned in closing her eyes I leaned in but before our lips could meet I dropped the cubes down her back and backed up she looked confused then felt it
"DAMN IT SCOTTY!!" She began to do a jig and I burst out laughing

Even now I still love it when I make her blush and get nervous it's adorable ...I hope she's ok ...just think good thoughts remember all good times ....I found myself smiling
"Why are doing that?"
"I'm happy" I shrugged she nodded and continued whatever she was doing she was playing some sort of screaming music
"Is that music?"
"I like the screaming"
"Do ya now..."
We continued working on the ship until
"Shut it off"
"No it's alright I mean-"
"Shut it off!"
I did as I was told
"One of my traps has gone off" we ran out to where her trap was and saw the captain and sulu frozen? After jaylah freed them and they fell on the ground I explained who jaylah was and what she wanted
"Crawl has taken the crew with him from the ship as hostages"

"And from some escape pods"
No no no no no no no no no no no
"Scotty have you found any body else?"
"No" I replied bluntly not even thinking about anything or anyone around me just Dayna ....what if she's - no stop don't think that she's fine she's probably on her way here right now ...please ....please please ......
I had to get a transporter working so the crew could get transported back bones and Spock arrived so yea that's a hoot ...the transporter kept me busy but I kept making some mistakes due to not thinking straight so it took a little longer then it should have ...she's ok she's on her way here right now relax.......what if she's been taken hostage and is being tortured or ...worse..no no no stop that's not happening she's tough he lived on the streets half her life for gods sake she can handle anything they throw at her ...think happy thoughts ...

"Scotty help me fix those bolts on the pipe their comin loose"
"Alrigh lass "
We walked over and looked up at the pipe it was high up
"I got an idea!" I ran off and got keenser he climbed up on my shoulders
"Climb up"
She hesitated but climbed up and began fixing the bolts
"Ok move a little to the left"
It was a struggle but we managed to fix the bolts and get down safely without anyone braking a bone keenser went off I told him to wait for me in the Rec room
"Thanks Scotty" she poked my cheek but I grabbed her wrist carefully and spun her back round
"Gonna take a little for to thank me lass" I grinned she rolled her eyes playfully and kissed me on the lips
"There, now I really have to go see ya at lunch"
"Aye" with that she ran off down the hall I smiled and watched her run off then went to find keenser
"GET DOWN!"
He slowly jumped off the ledge and walked beside me I still smiled just thinking about Dayna not even keenser could get me mad when she's on my mind

She'll be ok she'll walk in that door any mintue now....I know she will...

Ok so I know in the movie this all happend in like a day but In the story it's gonna take place over a few days so yea enjoy!
