Scottys POV (during when Dayna was with Jack)
I went to the Medbay to speak with the doctor
"What can I do for you Mr.Scott?"
"I need to look at Daynas memory's it's the only way I can find out what to get her for Christmas"
"Mr.Scott those are highly confide tonal "
"Doc I'm her best friend please help me out"
"...ill show you one where I think you'll know what to get her"
"Thanks doc" I walked into the booth and he played a memory it was her birthday Jack had handed her a present ..it was a book
"That's it !" I yelled he turned off the tape and I walked out
"Thanks doc I know what to get her"
"Eh..Mr.Scott can I ask you something"
"Sure what is it doc?"
"I want to assure you that this will stay between us"

Daynas POV

I walked into the booth and was hooked up to the machine
"Now Dayna we want you"
"Yea yea yea a sad memory then a happy one then let my mind go off I know I know"
"Actully there's a slight change today"
"Huh? How so?"
"We want you to just focus on letting your mind run wild I will say certain words and see how your brain responds got it?"
"Eh...ok.."
"Alright close your eyes"

Docs POV
"Excited"
A memory started up and she was about to board the ship
"Very good Dayna now nervous and anxious"
A memory started up and she was on the ship she walked into engineering and has just met Mr.Scott and is walking behind him looking around the ship
"Good Dayna now ...confused "
She hesitated then a memory started up she was getting a bandage around her hand
"Love finds a way" the nurse said then walked away Dayna looks down at her hand and walks down the hall you can hear her thoughts
"I don't love him ..do I? ...no he's my best friend ...who I've kissed ..that's it ...right? ..."
Is she referring to Mr.Scott?
"Good ...now ...you have to stay with the first thought this time ok?"
"Ok doc"
"Love"
A memory immediately started up
"I love ya lass"

Another memory started again

"Yea yea" she laughs

"I love ya lass" he pulls her into a hug

The memory skips and she's holding his hand rubbing the back of it
"I love you .." He gives her a weak smile
"Good Dayna now ..."
I'm going to regret this
"Pleasure " she opens her eyes and looks at me through the glass
"Eh...you sure you want to see that doc? It's very ...graphic ..."
"Dayna this is for your mental health you seem happiest when with Scotty so please.."
"Ok ok don't say I didn't warn ya" she closes her eyes and a memory starts up I had to mute it half way I couldn't watch anymore
"Ok Dayna stop" she giggles then opens her eyes
"Told ya" she laughs
Daynas POV
I think that was the best memory I relived the doc soon walked in and sat down shutting the door behind him
"Well ...looks like you have a strong bond with Mr.Scott"
"Yea ...please don't tell anyone doc"
"Don't worry Dayna this is all confidential"
"Thank god"
"Don't worry your head about a thing"
"Eh doc ...this is kinda embarrassing but ...c..can you tell me what happened to Scotty during ...eh "

"Whatever happened today let it happen again" he continued to kiss me
"Let's go " I grabbed his hand and basically dragged him to my chambers
