Colorless

The House..

"We're here!!" Said Marcus while looking over at Renee and taking off his seat belt.
"This is your house?!" Exclaimed Renee as she looked at the huge tudor style mansion sitting in front of her.
"Yup! Well, technically it's my parents house, but they are never home." Said Marcus getting out of the car and opening the door for Renee.
"What do your parents do for a living? It looks like they make good income." Questioned Renee as she admired the beauty of the brick castle castle she was about to enter.
"My mom and dad work for Google." Said Marcus nonchalantly, shrugging his shoulders. Marcus then took out a pair of keys and opened the door to the mansion.
"Woah!! It's huge!" Screamed Renee. She had never seen a house this big in her life, she never thought she would be inside of one.
"Yeah, I don't know why my mom and dad bought a house this big for three people. It's an awesome house though." Marcus locked the door behind him.
"So, this is the front hall." Marcus continued walking through the house until he got through the kitchen. "This is the kitchen, if you need anything just ask." Renee stood there admiring the beautiful modern kitchen that matched the aesthetic of the house.
"It's beautiful.." Said Renee. She had always dreamed of having a kitchen like this. She had always dreamed of having a house like this!
"Thank you, my mom designed it. She said she wanted a kitchen nobody else had." Said Marcus making his way out of the kitchen.
"Your mother is a smart woman." Said Renee looking up at Marcus. She had t noticed how tall he was until now. He wasn't ridiculously tall, but it was tall enough to make the 5'2 Renee feel small.
"I think I'm going to like it here"
