After Renee and Marcus leave the baseball game they get to the house and take off their shoes.
"Really Marcus, thank you so so much. I have always wanted to go to one of those games, and thanks to you I did." Renee looked up at Marcus with a sweet smile and small blush on her face.
"No problem, I had a nice time with you Renee. I rarely have days like this." Marcus said as he sits on the couch in the living room, beckoning Renee to join him.
"Why? You have this huge house, and your parents have awesome careers. You should be able to go to any baseball game you want." Said Renee looking at her fingers. She looked up to see Marcus looking at her. Renee once again could feel the blush creeping onto her face. She didn't know what this boy was doing to her, but he sure did give her butterflies.
"Yeah, I can go to as many baseball games as I want. But it takes a special type of person to make your day amazing. Renee, you are one of those people." Renee almost teared up when Marcus said those words. Nobody has ever genuinely cared about her since she was 10 years old, and here is this boy who can make her heart skip a beat with one smile.
"Well, it's getting late. Maybe we could watch a movie then go to bed?" Asked Marcus.
"Sure, sounds fun."

~After The Movie~

Renee had fallen asleep in Marcus's arms. He didn't know how, but she had made her way from sitting up eating popcorn, to snoring into his side. He didn't mind, he kind of liked it. He didn't know why this girl made him feel special. She made him feel appreciated, something his parents didn't make him feel. He was starting to develop feelings for this girl, but he couldn't tell her because he didn't know how she would react. Soon enough, Marcus fell asleep too. Marcus and Renee fell asleep on the couch, Together.
