Do you know that feeling you get when there's a ringing in your ears? Like when someone make that rippling sound upon the blackboard? I have that in my head. It has been silent for so long, but now everything is screaming. I feel like screaming but I can't. I can't move. I - I can't.

I try to move, to sit up. I feel nothing. I hear someone talking beside me. '' I have to leave, but I'll be back tomorrow. Please don't leave me while I'm gone. '' Then I hear footsteps and everything becomes silent once again. But I don't. I still feel the need to scream. The scream is in the back of my throat I can feel it, accompanied by the ringing getting louder by the second.

I try to focus on my big toe. Try to wiggle it. It begins to tickle. I focus harder.

I can feel it moving. I focus on all of my other toes one by one they tickle and I can move them. I try focusing on my foot but nothing really happens. Small steps at the time I guess. I focus on my fingers. They take a little longer then my toes but eventually they work and I try to feel what I am lying on. It feels soft but I can't feel anything else because the tickles are still strong.

I try to focus on my foot again. My right one. It takes a long time but it finally begins to tickle. Left foot is next. I work through my body. When I reach my stomach the back of my head begins to tickle. I focus on the rest of my body. I finally reach my face and it only takes what feels like forever. I focus on my nose. Then my mouth. In the blink of an eye I am sitting up screaming at the top of my lungs, eyes closed.

I fall back down on my back, my whole body tickling I hear footsteps come running but I'm so exhausted I fall into a deep slumber.
