I walk down the stairs, running my hand through my hair.
"Please be careful at this party Luke. If you drink, which I'm hoping you're not, just stay over there instead. Don't drive honey." My mom says.
I nod, biting back the urge to roll my eyes since she doesn't like it when I do that.
"I won't." I say.
She grabs my face, holding it in between her hands.
"Promise me." She says looking into my eyes.
"I promise." I squeal. She places a big wet kiss on my forehead, and let's me go.
"See you later mom." I say over my shoulder as I walk outside.
"Bye honey! Have fun!" She yells from inside. I close the door, jumping when someone honked.
I walk towards the familiar black mustang that belonged to Ashton.
There is only one goal tonight, and that is to get close to her. The beautiful and mysterious, Jade Thirwall.
