Chapter 44.
Laurens point of view.
-
"Lauren!" My mom yelled from downstairs, waking me up. I groan, burrying my face under my blankets.

"Lauren! Get down here!" My mom yells. I whine, crawling out of bed. I walk out of my room, walking downstairs.

I'm wearing some shorts I got from Victoria secret a few weeks ago and an oversized baby blue T-shirt. And my fuzzy blue stripped socks. My hair is in a bun.

"What?" I roll my eyes once I reach the last step. Gasping when I look up to see someone I didn't expect.

It's my cousin, Miranda. Her light brow wavy thin hair is pushed back behind her shoulders. Her big blue eyes are on mine. Her skin, pale. And her lips pink and glossed.

I haven't seen her in months. She lives in Florida.

I immediately wrap my arms around her, she laughs hugging me back.

I back away, smiling down at her. "What are you doing here?!" I ask, surprised to see her here.

She laughs, "We're staying here with you guys for a few weeks."

"Really? That's amazing!" I grin excitedly.

"Lauren." My mom says from behind me. I look up at her. Miranda walks away.

"Pull your shorts down. We have people..men.. here." My mom says. I try not to groan in annoyance.

No, I'm not wearing booty shorts or anything. My hands don't reach the end of my shorts, but they always pull up from the middle.

If you have thick thighs, you understand the feeling. And it's annoying as shit. Especially when people tell you stuff about it.

"Fine." I say.

Before I could go back upstairs and change I see my other younger cousin, Damien, talking to Miranda.

"Damien! Hi!" I grin bringing him into my arms. Hugging him tightly. He laughs on my shoulder, hugging back.

I pull back, "I'm so happy to see you!" I smile.

"Me too" he laughs.

I go upstairs and decide to take a quick shower. When I get out, I put some black skinny jeans on. I wear a flowy dark red blouse, with my maroon red vans. I let my natural wavy long hair layed out over my shoulders. I decide to leave my face natural.

I love doing my make up. But sometimes I honestly feel so lazy I can't even pick the lipgloss up.

I go downstairs. Smiling when I hear everyone laughing and talking all at once.

"There's the beautiful Lauren!" My aunt, Juliet, smiles down at me. I laugh as she wraps her arms around me.

"How are you?" She asks, looking down at me.

"I'm good. And you?" I ask politely.

"I'm great honey." She smiles. I turn back to my uncle, Michael. I smile up at him, hugging him.

My mom made breakfeast and we eat together. Talking about everything that is happening in our lives. They asked me if I had a boyfriend yet and i had to control myself from blushing in front of them.

I know I was into girls when I went into seventh grade. I was feeling a bit nervous about it, but i wanted to tell someone. I told Taylor and she accepted me. But I wasn't sure about my family, to this day they don't know. I told my sister and brother at the same time, They accepted me with wide arms and hugs.

So my siblings know, Which makes me feel so lucky and happy. Some people don't have it very easy like I do with them, which makes me feel bad.

"You guys want to go up to my room?" I ask Miranda. She smiles, nodding eagerly.
