Chapter Eight

*Mikey's pov*

I saw Rebecca standing there. She looked so pretty in that dress. We both were just frozen. We were just staring at each until Rebecca blushed and walked away quickly. I wanted to go after her but my feet wouldn't move. "Mikey? What's wrong?" Madison asked me which caught Abigayle's attention. "What happened?" She asked. "Rebecca. Rebecca happened." "Who's Rebecca?" They both asked at the same time. "I met her at the mall today with Vinny and Rebecca was with her friend Kayla. She spilled her coffee on my shirt and I really like her. I asked her for her number but she was playing hard to get and didn't give it to me. But Kayla gave her number to Vinny. I can't stop thinking about her. She is so beautiful and she is here and just ran that way." I said all in one breath and pointed towards the bathroom. "Aww! Looks like little Mikey has a crush." Madison said and pinched my cheeks. I slapped his hand away. "Abby where are you going?" Madison asked as she got up. "To talk to Rebecca." She smiled and headed towards the girls bathroom.

*Rebecca's POV*

I just stood there looking at myself in the mirror. I shouldn't have ran away. He probably thinks I'm pathetic. I heard the door open. It was girl. She had white shorts and a black flowly top that said New York City on it and she had black converse on. Her brown long hair was curled at the ends and she had hazel eyes. "Are you Rebecca?" She asked me. "Yes. Why?" She smiled and took a step further inside the bathroom. "I'm Abigayle, Madison's girlfriend." "Who's Madison?" She looked confused and surprised at the same time. "Madison... Madison Alamia." I raised my eyebrow. "Mikey's best friend." Oh no. Mikey probably sent her in here to get me out of the bathroom. What if he is outside waiting until I come out? "Oh." I managed to say. "Why did you run away?" That's a good question in my opinion."Um, uh, because... I'm not sure." I responded. "Are you scared?" She asked.  "Of what?"

"Of him..." What? "Why would I be scared of him?"

"I don't know...."

"He didn't kill anyone right?"

"Ahaha no! Goodness no! Do you like him?"

"I do, right now. I would love to know him though." The door opened again and this time it was Kayla. "Becca. What happened?"

"Kayla, this is Abigayle. Abigayle this is Kayla."

"Oh please... call me Abby." They smiled at each other. "She is Mikey's friend's girlfriend. His name is Madison."

"Ohh," She looked a little confused. "When did you met her?"

"Mikey is here." I said and blushed as I looked at the ground. "What! He saw you?"

"Yeah... We both looked at each other and than I ran in here..." Kayla sighed and looked at me. "Becca, are you nervous?"

"Pst... me? Nervous? Ha! No..."

"Yes you are!" They both said and we all laughed. "Just go out there." Kayla said. "I-I cant."

"Why?" Abby said. "Because I have butterflies. He makes me nervous." I blushed and they both said aww really loud which made me blush harder. "Abby, I told her to give him her number." Kayla said. "You should've! He's crazy about you!" I smiled so hard and looked at her. "Really?" I laughed at how head over heels I was for him. "Yes! He really likes you!" She said. "Abby can you give me your number so I can text you? You're really cool." She laughed. "Of course! I was about to ask you both that!" She handed me her phone and I put in my number and took a picture of me doing a kissy face and saved it to my contact. Kayla did the same. "We have to go before my aunt thinks we got kidnapped." I told Abby. "Ok. But what about Mikey?" I shrugged. "I'll wave?" They giggled. We all walked out of the bathroom and went to her table where Mikey was sitting with another boy. "Bye Abby!" Kayla and I said. My feet surprised me as they went straight to Mikey. I bend down and hugged him and he hugged me back. He smelled so good. I could stay in his arms all day. "Bye Mikey." I whispered to him and walked out to our table.

*Mikey's POV*

"Ooo kill em Mikey!" Madison, Abby, Nicolette, Justin and Spencer yelled which made me blush a lot. "Shut up." I told them. Rebecca smelled so good, like flowers. "What happened in there?" I asked Abby. "Oh, nothing... but she likes you..." She said. She likes me? I wanted to scream and jump for joy. I wonder if she knows I like her too? I watched her get up from their table outside and walk to their car. "Earth to Mikey." Madison said as he waved his hand in front of my face. "Huh?" I asked him. "Ha... dude we are leaving but our parents want a picture of all of us first." We all posed for a picture making funny faces and we all posted it on instagram. 'Dinner with great friends' I put and got 150 likes as soon as I posted it. I wonder if Rebecca is a fan?

*Rebecca's POV*

We got to my aunt's house and ran up to my room. "I can't believe I hugged him!" I said to Kayla as I took off my sandals. "I can't believe you had the balls to do that!" She said and ran and jumped on the bed. "I didn't know that I had the balls to do that either." I admitted to her. I got up and went into the bathroom. I put on pj shorts that had strips on it and a grey tank top. I put my hair into a bun and took off all my makeup. Kayla went into the bathroom to change clothes. I went on my phone and went on instagram. I got a text... it was from Abby.

I saved her number and plugged my phone into the wall to charge. I turned on the radio and put on Z100 and turned off the lights. I noticed Kayla still wasn't out of the bathroom so I started replaying all the things that happened today. Most of them had Mikey in it. I can't belive that all happened in one day! I closed my eyes and Mikey's face came into my mind. Mikey... Mikey... Mikey....
