As our hero's continue their voyage to Vermillion city.... A bit down the path a green Pokemon escaped its hunters. It was exhausted and was scratched everywhere.
He continues walking hoping to find help. "Bulba.... Bulbasaur..." (Cmon someone help me)
With that. The Green Pokemon Bulbasaur collapsed on the ground from exhaustion and his injuries....
A little bit more down the road there was a Charmander looking for a good trainer. He ran into a trainer that wanted to battle with a Squirtle but Charmander ran
It wanted to find a trainer it could do well with. He was running until he reached a clearing with 4 people and Pokemon enjoying a lunch.
"Wow Brock! Again your food is amazing!" Ash shouts as he devours his food.
"Ash slow down! Your going to choke!" Serena shouted.
"I won't Serena! How many times have I eaten like this?"
"I guess that's true."
The group starts laughing.
Pikachu's ears perk up and Absol lifts its head to where Charmander is hiding. They both walk over to the bush.
Pikachu's cheeks stop sparking and Absol stops growling.
"Pika pika?"
"Char..."
"Sol"
"Mander!"
"Pikachu cha!"
"Charmander?"
Charmander nods and comes out of hiding. If follows Pikachu.
"Pikachu? Is that a Charmander?" Brock asks.
"Pika!" It says nodding.
There was an explosion down the path a little bit.
Ash, Serena, and Brock run off leaving Misty. Pikachu also went with. Charla followed and unbeknownst to the group the Charmander also followed.
They reach where the explosion happened. "What's going on here?!" Brock shouts.
The Bulbasaur was slowly standing. It regained its consciousness but was still badly injured.
"Hey stop that! Leave it alone!" Serena shouts.
"Like I would listen to you kids!" A man shouts. He was wearing a leather jacket with jeans and goggles. "That Bulbasaur is mine!"
"It doesn't want to!" Ash shouts.
"And?"
Serena bursts into a run towards the hurt Bulbasaur.
"No you don't! Charmeleon flamethrower!"
"Pikachu thunderbolt! Protect Serena!"
"Pika!" Pikachu releases a thunderbolt cancelling out the flamethrower.
Serena got to the Bulbasaur and picked it up.
"Again!" The Charmeleon fires it's flamethrower in a circle around Serena. She can't go anywhere.
"I don't have any water types!" Ash growls. "Why couldn't Misty be here?!"
