This chapter is Sam's introduction chapter, so it will be in his point of view.

I also need your guys' help. For the life of me I can't decide who Sam looks like more...

David Paetkau who is on the left in the picture, or Stephen Amell who is on the right. I'm leaning more toward Stephen Amell, but don't let my vote sway your decision. I really do love both of them as actors, they are super talented.

Flashpoint was a solid show, and well- you guys know Arrow. If not I highly suggest watching it. So good! DC shows are killing it on the CW. Anyway...

Here's the Chapter 6, happy reading! :)

Crack. The sound of Argon's hand whipping into the side of Chloe's face resonates throughout the open space. My eyes widen in shock. The rumors about her being Argon's personal punching bag had been true after all.

Rage forms deep in my gut. Chloe is almost as cold as Argon, but she didn't deserve this. She was just a young girl. Not to mention she just risked her safety to protect him from me.

Chloe draws a hand to her face. Her lips part, and for the first time I see pain in her eyes.

"You failed to call out a League spy- one who has been here for months." Argon scolds her.

"But I—"

Argon slaps her again, even harder this time. What he does next gets my blood boiling. In a quick fashion he snatches her wrist in his hand and violently pulls her forward.

She lets out a small whimper. My breath catches in my throat. A sudden urge to protect her runs through my veins. I push my knees off of the ground, but they are slammed back down.

Drake, who I've come to abhor over the past three months, pulls me back, tightening his grip on my arms.

"Not so fast" he chides with a smile in his voice.

The prick was enjoying the show. My jaw tightens in disgust. Bringing Drake down was going to be fulfilling. Although, now was not the time, I just needed to be patient a while longer. League agents were waiting on the roof for my signal. There had to be enough evidence stacked up against Argon as well. Nothing would seal the deal more than getting him to attack me.

A thudding sound brings me back to focus. Chloe has been brought down to her knees. Argon has her arm held up at an awkward angle. He could easily dislocate her shoulder in one swift movement. Chloe appears to be in a lot of pain. Her face is contorted into a grimace.

"Please master- have mercy. I will do whatever you ask of me. Anything." She pleads, her voice sounding small, yet hopeful.

Another whimper escapes her lips as Argon releases her hand. This movement causes her to fall down on all fours. Her shoulders tense when he crouches down to her level.

A sinister grin slowly spreads across his lips as his dark steel colored eyes meet mine. My face hardens into a glare. He then turns his head and whispers something near her ear. Her jaw clenches at whatever he says.

She rises from her current position, locking her emotionless eyes on mine. A sliver of a smile forms on Argon's content face as he watches her walk toward me. Drake chuckles under his breath as he lifts me off of my knees. I grit my teeth together to hold in a groan. Low voltage electrical currents crackle over my skin. Sweat begins to bead on my forehead.

Before registering what was about to happen, Chloe's unpracticed punch hits my abdomen. She might not have the proper form, but she sure does pack a punch. My eyes catch hers. I am hopeful she will get caught in my gaze again, but she quickly looks away. She rears one arm back before driving her fist toward face. A loud crack rings in my ears. My jaw feels like it is on fire. This hit was strong enough to draw blood.

I hear her haggard breathing as she backs up. I lean forward in relief as I attempt to catch my breath. Her punches were strong, but after years of training I could take quite the beating. Drake's electric attacks were the real reason why I was so weak.

"I never told you to stop," Argon states with a demanding voice.

Seconds after he is finished talking, she begins hitting me again. Her punches were more like love taps at this point. Then before I know it I hear a loud thump and a pained cry. My eyes flicker to Chloe curled on the ground in fetal position. Her arms are tucked close to her body.

"You can never finish anything- you're almost useless," Argon scolds her, anger is making his voice strained, "now this is how hard you are supposed to hit an enemy."

I don't register Argon's words fast enough before his weathered fists slam into the exact same spots Chloe's had. The last punch hits me smack dab in the chest. My breath gets caught in my throat as I tumble to the ground. Drake loses his grip on me.

I can barely get my breathing back normally before Argon's boot slams into my abdomen- twice. Something that sounds close to an animal wailing in pain greets my ears. My abdomen muscles are burning, yet they feel numb all at the same time. Even under these circumstances I can't help but laugh. Argon did exactly what I wanted him to do.

"You seriously aren't as smart as you think you are." I state mockingly, although my voice is strained from my jaw being clenched.

Argon rams his boot into my abdomen once again. I hold in a wail, but a pained groan still breaks free. I had to be asking for a death wish, or was just plain crazy.  Another strained laughs passes my lips. If I knew there was no back up waiting for me, I wouldn't be this cocky.

I roll onto my back to shoot a death-glare at the diabolical man now standing a few feet away.

"You're also going to regret assaulting a level five agent."

Just before Argon bursts into a fit of laughter, an amused grin forms on his lips.

"You've got the guts to say that to me? No League agent with a level five clearance would voluntarily be alone," Argon dominantly spreads his arms wide, "I don't see any of your comrades here to save you."

One side of my lips tilts up as a cocky side-smirk forms on my face, "here's the thing Argon- I'm not alone."

Hello all! So I apologize for this short chapter. I wanted to introduce Sam's character without giving too much information away, but just enough to give you a feel of what he's about. That's also why I decided to start with Sam's point of view from Chapter 4: Wildcard.

The next chapter will also be in Sam's point of view. So stay tuned!
