Prologue: Two weeks later

The Leaders have been very busy with their teams, leading to not seeing eachother very often. Spark and Blanche have been working so much on the trainer idea, not doubting of a single step to be done in order to have the so-desired uniforms. But still, the work was done mostly by either one of them, by the lack of time they had to spend together.

In Candela's case, she has been speaking with many of her team members, which keep spreading the rumors of a romance between the Leaders. She used to reject all of these, while feeling a deep pain conquer her mind everytime.

Candela's POV:

I was walking towards the Valor Gym in the campus before I was briefly interrupted by the sound of shouting.

"Candela!" The trainer shouted.

I stopped, looked back at the trainer, then walked towards him.

"Hm? Is there anything wrong-"

"Yes, there is" "You defended them, when you knew that they had actually kissed-"

"I didn't see them, so I can't say that I did"

"But you knew that the fight was going to end on that in the first place-"

I pulled the trainer's jacket with anger, causing the trainer to stumble.

"Listen up, boy. I expected them to kill eachother, or at least Blanche to end him in somepoint"

"Well, she ended his existance in another way-"

"That's not my problem, did you hear me?"

"But you dated Spark..."

"..."

"You can't regret that, Candela" The trainer said, while smiling.

"Again, none of your business!" I said, while letting go of his shirt, making him fall on the damp grass.

"Sheesh, fine. But don't be so rude-"

"This is not my rude form, trust me" I said, while starting to walk towards the Gym again.

I was so lost in thoughts, so lost in ideas. I stumbled upon some trainers by accident, while they asked me if I was alright.

I'm fine, really.

Yes, I'm fine.

I'm fine.

Fine.

That's all I said that day at the gym.

But there was something wrong, and I couldn't see it. Something bigger than them having a relationship, a threat.

Blanche's POV:

Life was not the same for me anymore; I had many thoughts and questions, and I could barely breathe when I used to start thinking about them. The pain felt like if I was sitting at the bottom of a pool, watching how everything sank to the ground, including me.

I looked at the time, while I waited at the door. Spark promised me that something good would be at the door at a certain time. There was suddenly a knock on the door, signalling the presence of someone.

"Blanche? You received a package-" The front desk lady said, while holding a brown box.

"Alright, thank you" I said, quickly closing the door and running to a near chair.
