When fire burns, the heat turns up

Candela's POV:

As I waited for the nurse to come back again, I looked through the window. I saw how Noire left the building, greeting Amelie as she hugged him.

I do not know why, but my heart broke a little when I saw that.

The good thing was that he pushed her off after 2 seconds, which is great, I believe. Bet he wouldn't do the same with me if I was her.

I kept looking outside the window, waiting until both of them would get in the car. I enjoyed watching the cars passing by while a small tear strolled down my cheek.

"Ma'am, you alright?" The nurse said as she walked inside the hospital bedroom.

She smiled as she saw me standing. Just like a smile of a small victory, being victorious in me getting well in such short time.

"I'm fine, I guess" I responded. "Could you get me a glass of water, please?"

The nurse nodded as she walked fastly out of the room.

I kept staring at them; how they talked, how they smiled, how they laughed. I pressed my hands against the clear glass on the window, wanting to go outside with him.

The anger started taking over me as I set fire the window blinds, alarming the nurses on the floor.

"FIRE, FIRE" A nurse yelled as he ran for the fire extinguisher.

A nurse grabbed me and took me out of the room, saying some things so I could calm down.

"I know the staff isn't that friendly here, dear. But please, do not attempt to murder us all with a fire" The nurse said, smiling awkwardly as she calmed down a running patient.

They moved me from the room before to a new one, without blinds of course. There was something missing here and I couldn't put my finger on it. Maybe it was the absence of blinds or --

"Holy Arceus, Blanche and Spark haven't visited me" I said as I crossed my arms angrily.

The nurse peeked inside the room, signalling me to lower my voice as the other nurse finished with my new set up.

"You will be discharged in a few hours, we're just waiting for someone to pick you up" He mentioned as his hands shaked in fear.

"You know, sir. I won't burn anything else, especially you" I responded while laughing.

The nurse looked around, trying to find someone else in the room, having no success.

"Are --"

"Are you talking to me?!" He said, smiling a little bit, yet still nervous.

"Of course" I finally responded as he left the room, fist bumping a doctor outside.

AMELIE'S INTRO / POV:

Every year, many "rebels" attempt to join the Team Rocket, having little to no success in the process. Some of them were strong, others were breathtaking. But no one was like Amelie; she was smart yet brutal. That's what Noire saw in her when he was looking for an assistant.

She was strong and fierce, but could balance those along with intelligence and trust. Amelie was (and is) one of the most trusted trainers in the whole Team Rocket itself. Of course, having such posture gives her benefits in the Team, along with spending her time next to Noire, like she always wanted to (and sometimes not).
