Blanche's POV:

The moment of silence between us was astounding, after mentioning her. We began to look around, while trying not to confront eachother about it. It was a matter of swallowing prides and holding offensive thoughts, before they were released to eachother.

He stood up, while looking at me, then looking at the distant gyms. I knew he was trying to get distracted, so he didn't have to face the realities that surrounded us. Spark shortly trailed off, looking around with his egg incubator, waiting for a new Pokémon to hatch.

I sat there, staring at the cold veins of my hands. I couldn't think of something better to do at that moment, or a temporary solution to the problem. Of course, she wasn't coming near us, ever. Or so, I thought.

As I wandered around the forest, the efforts to find Spark along the way were useless. The path was not lighted enough, so I only counted with the vague hue of sun rays that were trying to make their way through the leaves.

Leaves crunching could be heard from once in a while. Maybe it was a Pokémon, or maybe a lost trainer. It didn't matter; I was alone.

I began to cross my arms, while pulling my jacket with my fingers. Once in a while, I would take a stroll around these ways, but today it seemed like it was darker than the usual. My eyes were squinting, trying to identify the shadows.

"Spark?" I shouted while I saw a silhoutte on the distance.

All of the sudden, I hear a growl. I looked confused at my surroundigs, while finding a hostile Dragonite, along with the silhoutte staring at me from the distance. The silhoutte started fading into the darkness of the forest, while I heard it mutter something.

Attack!

The dragonite came rushing towards me, while I stared at it. I couldn't move; I felt fear. The dragonite attacked me, while I did my best efforts to block any of its attacks. One of its claws reached to my back, wounding me while I moaned in pain.

"Okay, so this is not definitely Spark" I said, while I tightened my fists, while blocking any attempts of harm.

Eventually, I was insanely tired, while I cried in distress.

I kneeled down, holding my arm while trying to launch my last attack.

The battle was interrupted by a silhoutte attacking the Dragonite. I could hear thunder rumbling in my ears and body, while I deployed to the floor. I couldn't remember anything else from that moment.

"Blanche! BLANCHE! Open your eyes, please" A silhoutte said, while shaking my pale shoulders, trying to wake me up.

I woke up after a while, in my dorm. I could see someone trying to cure my wounds; it was Spark.

"Are you okay?" Spark said, while looking at my bloodied face.

"I'm fine, I guess" I said, while looking at my scarred arm.

I grabbed the cloth from his hand, while I started to cure my wounds, flinching in pain by each stroke on my skin.

"Here, let me help you"

"No, no" "I just need you to leave the room"

"But, why?"

"I need you to, please"
