A perfect plan takes time to make, just like anything. But a devious plan with the sole purpose of ruining takes thousands of years. But you know why it takes that long?
Evil plans don't start because so. They have a reason, a start. A sudden death, infidelity, hatred to someone else, or just plain enjoyment on the purpose. But all of these have something in common; the more you think of them, the more you rot inside as you complete your plan, your task.
Amelie's POV:
Everything was falling apart for me. My team, my friendships... my entire life. I didn't know what to do anymore. Ever since the fight with Noire my head has been flashing constantly with so many thoughts. Most of them were not good ones, at all.
"It's your fault!"
"You couldn't keep it together, idiot."
"You're nothing more than a traitor, get it?"
I stuffed my hands in my pockets as tears rolled down my cheeks. There's no warmth here, just plain cold memories. I noticed this as I took a deep breath; I could only see as I exhaled a little puff of cold air leave my bitter lips. I looked up and noticed the sun was gone, the sky having now a bright yellow hue mixed with orange vibes, slowly fading into the darkness of the night.
"How long have I been walking this road?" I whispered to myself.
I looked around, noticing I am in a park now. It's not one of those new or clean parks you have been using for your long walks as you think about your mistakes, like me. In the town, it's an old one...
A forgotten one. I noticed something familiar about it. About how the rusted swings were placed in the middle and how the broken seesaws were in the far left corner accompanied by a few Pokémon statues. The jungle gym was falling apart after a long time resisting the course of life. My eyes widened as I remembered my youth, my happiness.
I walked towards the jungle gym first, gently placing my hand on the broken railing. My eyes wandered around the gym until I spotted a bunch of Clefairy stickers in one of the bottom railings. Without knowing, I smiled as I crouched, gently passing my fingers over the now discoloured Clefairy stickers.
"Jess always liked clefairies... Even from a young age, she just loved them. Heh..." I laughed a little bit, looking down to the broken wooden floor.
"I still remember when she fell off this thing... She wouldn't stop crying afterwards... She always would get up quickly, but there was something different. She didn't stand up at all. She just looked at us, without even bothering to stand up.
I stood up again, dusting off my hands in the process. The smile I had once on was now completely extinct. I took a deep breath and noticed that my hands were now shaking.
Ignoring the state of my poor hands, I waked towards the seesaws. My hands were slowly going numb but I didn't care anymore. I could not care anyways about it.
"Who knew tonight was going to be this cold?" I muttered to myself.
I sat on one of the broken seesaws, slowly dusting off some of the wood. GER was written in big, bulky letters. This reminded me of the good old days, making me tear up again.
"He always said this was his seesaw and no one could ride it but him..."
"He sure was a troublemaker back then" I smiled a bit wider this time.
