Runaway

As I ran through the damp forest, I felt my heart beating in my chest as fast as it could. I kept running from them, not wanting to be caught.

"There she is! Don't let her escape!" A guard said, following my path.

I couldn't run anymore; my hands were trembling while my feet slowly sunk in the dirt. I felt hopeless, I couldn't fight back.

As I hid, a guard surprised me, making me freeze him, not noticing there was someone behind me. The guard dragged me, while I groaned in deep pain as I saw my life flash right before my blue eyes.

*7 HOURS BEFORE THE ATTACK*

Blanche's POV:

As I strolled my finger around the papers, a knock on the door startled me.

"Come in" I said, putting the papers away.

"Ma'am, the leader from Team Instinct is here to speak with you-"

"Let him in" I said as fast as I could.

The lady smiled, closing the door while she spoke to Spark. My hands started sweating as I combed my hair with my shaky fingers. I heard the door open again, fastly turning my chair to face the wall where the door was.

"Excuse me, Ma'am" He said with the sweetest smile.

"Yes?" I said as I stood up from my seat, straightening my jacket.

"I've come to make a deal with you"

"And that is?"

"Well, eh" Spark said, grabbing a chair. "Maybe, we could have a stroll around the forest again. It's been a while"

"I have a lot of work Spark, I am sorry"

"Oh, come on. After that, we could have a nice dinner" He said while taking a rose out of his coat.

He gave the rose to her, slowly smiling as she smelled the delightful, red, delicate flower. She placed it on the desk, smiling back at his bright blue eyes.

He stepped closer to her, pulling her up. She smiled, combing her hair with her fingers, looking directly at his eyes.

"Come with me"

"Oh gosh. You know, I am really busy-"

"Please" He quickly responded, stroking her face softly with his hand.

We both blushed, smiling at eachother. He got closer to me, leaning forward, while I had the urge to follow.

She placed her hand on his left cheek, meeting his warm lips.

"Togepi?" A Togepi said while peeking inside the office. ( ?_? )

"Oh gosh, there you are little bud!"

"Togepi!" ( .o. ) The Togepi kept looking inside, blushing.

"What are you looking at, little bud?" The trainer said, kneeling behind the Togepi.

"What are you looking at so much?"

She stared at the Togepi, wondering what was so interesting about an office. She moved closer to it, placing her hand on the door, peeking inside.

"Bud, it's time to go to the training! Blanche is going to be there and I wouldn't like to be late again, since she gets all-" She said as she stared at the couple, opening her mouth in surprise.
