Chapter 43- The Hospital

Suddenly, an uneasy feeling right at my stomach was felt. I looked around and spotted a door up ahead. I stared at it like something was about burst through it.

True enough, the door burst open and through it, two people came flying through the air, landed on the ground, and slid near our feet. They both looked up at us and look of relief was on their faces for like two second before something else came through the door.

My eyes immediately widened at the sight of this thing. It was definitely seven feet tall and shirtless. It looked like several bodies were combined just make this thing. It's eyes were blue. It had a long scar right between its face.

"We have a problem" Dad said

"Who the hell is this?" I asked

"Voltron"

Just as he said it, the big creature came walking towards us, making some of us take a few steps back. My dad and Derek were the only ones that stood their ground.

"Scott, stay with me" He told me. "The rest of you, find another way around and find your friend Lydia and get her out. The vampires are here"

"Allison is here too, She's with Lydia with own arsenal of weapons" Jackson said.

"Allison is here too?" I asked, panic started to rise in me. An image of her trying to fight of the vampires appeared in my head. At the thought of that, I immediately started charging towards Voltron to try and make it past him.

Voltron just stood there, waiting for me to come near him. I then headbutted him in the stomach and started pushing him backwards through the door behind him. Just before I could ram into the wall behind him, He stopped me from pushing and tried to throw me off, but I still held on. "Go go go!!! Make sure you get them out" I yelled at the others while I was holding this guy back. Damn this guy was strong. The others immediately ran passed us while my dad joined me.

Before my dad could even come close to us, Voltron kneed me in my stomach a few times which weakened my grip, and threw me into a wall behind him. Dad then jumped of a table and came charging down at Voltron with claws wide open. Voltron immediately fell down to one knee.

Voltron tried to claw upwards towards my dad, but he just sidestepped and kicked Voltron into the wall behind him like he was made of nothing. "Come on, is that all you guys got? What happened to all that strength from earlier?" He taunted

Just as he said that, A loud roar came from within the walls followed by a now angry Voltron, who charged at my dad. My dad who didn't have any time to counter it, was lifted and thrown into the ceiling lights, making sparks fall all over us.

Before he turned to face me, he kicked my dad hard in the stomach, lifting him into the air and crashing into the window of another room. I tried to  punch him in his chest, but he caught it, slowly twisting it before using his other hand to grab my neck. I was lifted into air directly above his head. I tried to loosen his grip and kicked around but it was pretty much futile.

"Being in a fight like this doesn't just involves your strength and speed. Sometimes it needs brains and everything around you. Anything could be used as a weapon" I remembered Derek's words from our first week of training.

I immediately glanced around my surroundings and saw a fire extinguisher stuck on the wall next to me. I grabbed it, swung it and hit his head as hard as I could, which doubled the impact. He staggered back a few steps, releasing me from his grip. I didn't give him a chance to react as I gave him a few more swings of my new favourite weapon.
