Chapter 38 Recap

"Now you're going to listen to me" She said as I struggled to stay conscious, even though she had her claws dug into my stomach. " You're going to find James and help bring him back safely, or else" She glanced at my mum "You'll never see your mum alive again"

With that, she got up and disappeared from sight. I looked at my mum and saw that she was no longer there. My vision was slowly fading away as I stared at ceiling until I was in total darkness.

"Mum???" I yelled when I finally opened my eyes and sat up. My breathings getting harder every second as I looked around, hoping that last night did not happen.

Until my I laid my eyes on the broken window. The ceiling on top of me had a huge crack on it. The whole kitchen was in ruins. The cupboard on top of the sink was split into pieces. The glasses that were in it were now broken and scattered all around the floor.

She said I had until midnight to find James and get him back to her safely. If not, my mum would be in serious trouble. I immediately took out my phone and dialled 911. The phone ringed for a few seconds until someone picked it up.

"Hello this is the Beacon Hills Police Department. How may i-" The person said before I interrupted. I think it was, Sheriff Stilinski.

"Hi Mr Stilinski, I have an emergency" I quickly said before he interrupted me.

"Woah Scott is that you? It's me, Stiles's Father. What's the problem?" He asked.

"Mr Stilinski, it's my mum. She was kidnapped last night in my house" I told him as quickly as I could, feeling my breathings go harder by each word.

"What did you say? Melissa?" He asked before pausing for a while and adding " Alright uhh Scott, Calm down okay" He kept on telling me until i started to relax a little. " Alright now i want you to tell me everything. I wanna know what the kidnapper looked like and how and where it happened. I want detailed descriptions, got it"

I took in a huge breath before replying " Okay". I paused for a second before adding " No wait, I'll come there instead". I hung and ran out of the kitchen and into my room to get changed.

My clothes were all bloodied and torn apart. I quickly changed into a new pair of clothes, A white shirt and a pair of black jeans. I then ran downstairs and out of my house.

My mum's car wasn't here. She must have left it at the hospital last night, for whatever reason. I decided to to take a shortcut, which was through the forest at the back of my house.

I started running through the woods as fast as I could, thinking of my mum and the redhead vampire and her threat.

Vague images were starting to pop up in my head. They were images of my mum lying on a ground, all bloodied and beaten, with eyes filled with shock.

"No" I thought to myself

"Yess!!!!!" Kanima- Scott hissed loudly inside my head and laughing in the end.

"Noooo!!!" I roared and kept on running, trying to force those thoughts out of my head.

I could feel my body beginning to shift itself. I didn't fight back. I felt my bones shattering and repositioning itself. My claws and fangs were slowly growing until it was fully out.
