Hello everyone, sorry for the slow and short updates! Anyway a little while back @tsunchun and I have been talking and they had submitted an interesting new character who they hoped I'd add to the story line and I am! I know, I know another bachelor?! I promise he is the last one!
And yes his looks are based off of the Free! character.

Personality: He appears as a cold hearted guy with absolutely no feelings about anyone else. However, he does display himself as a formidable king.

History and abilities: His parents were murdered at a young age by Fugaku Uchiha. Holds a deep hatred for any Uchiha. He traveled away from his home throughout the shinobi world, but had to return when it was announced that his cousin would reign if there is no one else in line of the throne. His cousin is cruel and a maniac for power, which is why he had to take it to his own hands.
Kingdom of the Beasts are famous for one thing, they could summon portals leading to different dimensions and could even place this power in some sort of weapon, like a kunai. They demonstrate this by, lets say they throw the kunai to somewhere else and they are able to teleport there. Or link two kunais / shurikens whatever together and teleport via kunais / shurikens / etc. As well as having a pocket dimension where they could store attacks like the rasengan or chidori (they are amazingly speedy) although they lack at physical strength and will rely on their speed. As well as intelligence and jutsus over all. Although they are graceful at taijutsu. They can also reflect one's justu to another using portals, if it's not invisible or intsngible, it cannot be transparent. It has to be completely physical (like he can touch them physical).
Summons: Can summon demon beasts, which is why the kingdom is called Kingdom of the Beasts. Only the royal family could summon powerful beasts. They take in the shape of the users shadow, and they look like a clone of the user, the only way to distinguish them is the clone's eerily maroon eyes that would glow every so often. The demons can be exhausted but not killed, the only way they can be killed if the user is killed whilst the demon is summoned. Much like the sharingan, they can copy jutsus (but they cannot see through genjutsus). Also, the demons are highly skilled of Kenjutsus meaning they're good at handling weapons.
Justus: Land of the Beasts - Jigen: Sandan! (Jigen = Dimension, Sanda = Scatter Shot)
: Scatter Shot; The user is able to release dimensional energy blasts that split into multiple fragments—though, attacks similar to this may or may not physically attack the person, usually depends on the user. But, if chosen by the user, whatever the fragment is to touch, it will teleport somewhere else or in another dimension. It is incredibly hard to transport someone in another dimension. Only a few fragments made can; the user will have to focus on the certain fragment when hit the thing to transport them to another dimension.
Land of the Beasts: Jigen no makihige - Dimension Tendrils; The user is able to shape dimensional energy in tendrils, allowing them to physically grab the person forcefully.
Land of the Beasts: Jigen no Tatsu - Dimension Dragon; The user is able to shape a dragon using dimensional energy emitting from the portal. This dragon acts like (the blood dragon you used to defeat Gato.) But instead of incinerating them, it transports them to her 10th Division. Her dimension is seperated into ten divisions. The 10th Division is literally hell, in the tenth division, jutsus or kekkei genkai cannot work, meaning that illusions will work on all of them, whether they have byakugan or sharingan. The only way to escape is to try and find an open portal, (Haru does put up open portals some time since it takes a lot to put up another open portal in another dimension.)
Land of the Beasts: Jigen! - The Tenth Division! = The opponents will be directly taken to the tenth division by the use of an open portal. The user can control the portal whether to suck them in or not. (A few meters away from the portal, it will suck them in, and even though Haru did create the dimension, it will still suck him in)
Land of the BeastsL Jigen! - The Ninth Division! = The dimensional energy within the division acts through Haru's orders, they automatically scramble within your brain and collect information he needs. However, if the opponent refuses to be taken information on, the dimensional energy will collect one's fears or nightmares and will re-enact it, much until the opponent decides to spill information.
