Chapter 16

I was gasping for air as we were running away from the stupid warehouse that had kept Abby and I there for well few hours? I don't really know because when I was unconscious, I woke up at a very comfortable bed and I am sure you guys are wondering why did I ended up in a warehouse, right? Here's the deal, when I woke up as you know I was on a comfortable bed but Abby just had to ruin it by sending stupid remarks at the guard and because he couldn't handle it, he threw us to the warehouse. Hooray the most lovable best friend!

"How much longer do we need to run, Abbs?"

"I don't know, Honelynn. We run until we see main land I guess."

I groaned. I was tired, hungry and annoyed. The rogue we fought were too many and I'm really at my limit. That's what I get for not training for so long, if you count training with the pack then I guess it's not that long. I'm really out of shape.

"Now that's not nice, babe."
That voice seriously sends me shivering every time I heard it. Abby and I turned around and saw Adam with some of his stupid rogue 'friend'.

"Damn it."

"Hey! No cursing when you're with me." Abby said

"Whatever, you do it every time also."

"Do not!"

"Do too!"

"Do not!"

"Girls! Shut the f*ck up will you!" Adam yelled.

"Hey!!!" Both Abby and I yelled.

"Get them!" Adam sighed. I'm tired but I still have the energy to fight with Abby, don't I? Well people that's the plan. As the rogues came near us, Abby throws her knifes at the rogues and it hit them. Abby really is skilful with knifes. She's like those ninja that throw those stars knife. What do you call that again? Shuriken? Oh, whatever it calls, Abby really is good at handling them.

"Now that's my mate." Abby groaned knowing who it was.

"Took you long enough." She said as Nate came closer.

He chuckled and said "Maybe I should just let you do all the work, eh?"

"I'm going to kill you later but now we have some matter to attend."
I chuckled seeing that both of them really do belong with each other.

"And you missy, are in big trouble."

I turned around and saw Aidan. I smile at him and hugged him. Even though it's only been a couple of hours, I seriously missed being in his arms.

"Why did you go out from the car when Nick told you to stay?"

"Let's fight later, babe."

He looked tired. I know he is worried sick about me. I'll make it up to him later then. Some of our pack members came with Aidan. Best fighter, I guess.

"Luna please be careful." One of Aidan best fighter said. I think the name is Owen. I nodded at him. Aidan and Nate are already in front. They were fighting the rogues. I was really amaze seeing my mate fight those rogues. Abby was too because both of us just stood there with goofy smile on our faces like idiots. They really were amazing. Seeing Aidan fight like that, made me really proud of him. As we were watching the boys fight, I realize that Adam was missing. He wasn't there with his rogue friends. That's rude don't you think? Leaving your friends to die like that. I wanted to tell Abby about it but before I could, someone grab my hair tightly and that made me scream in pain.

"STOP! Or she'll gets it." Adam yelled. Everyone turned around and looked at my direction.

"Let her go you bastard!" Aidan yelled using his Alpha voice.

"Nah, I think I'll pass that." Adam chuckled. "I mean I'm in love with your mate, Alpha." Aidan growled. He was really pissed.

"You know babe, I love you so much that I think I need to kill that Alpha." Adam pulled my hair even tighter and he really is hurting me. I wanted to get this over with.

"Alpha, pick. You or her?"

"Adam! Shut up!" I yelled at him.

"Pick!"

"Don't f*cking hurt her. Kill me instead."

"Aidan!"

"Good choice, Alpha." He took out a gun and aim it at Aidan. I looked at the gun and I knew that it was silver. What? I know about guns to ok. I just didn't know what is the use of silver bullet. That's all but I know now because skipping school for a week, I get to know more about werewolf. Cool, hah?

As I looked at Adam point that gun at Aidan, I knew I'm going to lose him, so I did the first thing that come into my head. I kick Adam on his knee, hard. He let go of my hair and I quickly ran away from him.

"Stupid girl!" He yelled.

As I ran to Aidan's place, I heard the gun was shoot. I fell down and saw blood. My blood.

"RYLIE!!!" And that's the last thing I heard Aidan said
