Chapter 14

"You didn't unpack, did you?" Aidan said as soon as he saw my luggage on the floor. I know, it's been a week and why didn't she unpack. Like I say people I'm lazy. I've wearing Aidan's clothes for the pass week, so the unpacking thing really isn't something I want to do since I got to wear my boyfriend's clothes.

"Babe" he said.

"What?" I looked at him innocently. He shook his head and started unpacking my clothes. Since my bras and underwear are the only thing that is out from my luggage, I wouldn't worry about Aidan seeing those. People! You see how lucky I am to have a wonderful boyfriend that would do anything for me.

"I'll help you."

He glared at me and said "Now you want to do it?"

"And I love you so much." I chuckled.

About 1 hour later we finish unpacking.

"I'm never bringing you anywhere that need luggage." He said as he kept my luggage.

"Ah but where would we go for our honeymoon, Mr. Aidan Blake?"

"Honeymoon?" He raised an eyebrow and looked at me.

I blushed and said nothing. I just blurted out that I want to get marry with him. I mean I do but I'm not sure he does.

"Nothing. I'm taking my bath." I said and went to the bathroom.

Rylie really is an adorable girl. I chuckled as I remember she talked about honeymoon. I mean she is already thinking about marriage. Damn that girl is fast. I do want to marry her. She's my mate after all. But marriage would want us to be honest with each other and I haven't been honest with her. I haven't told her everything about me. About Sam. I sighed thinking about how I would tell her about everything.

"Hey."

I snapped out from my thoughts and looked at Rylie. I smiled at her thinking how lucky I am to have her in my life.

"What's wrong?" She frowned. Rylie never fail to impress me, she knew right away that something was wrong with me, well not just me though its everyone that she loves. I grab her waist and hugged her. I sniffed her scent and she play with my hair.

"Can I tell you something?"

I looked at her and she gave me her best smile.

She sat down next to me and took my hand. Like she was encouraging me.

"Before I met you, I had a girlfriend. Her name was Sam. She was everything I wanted in a mate. Strong, beautiful but something was missing from our relationship. I didn't feel the spark that I wanted to when I was with her. The spark that I felt every time we are together. I knew she wasn't my mate but I loved her. Sam and I grew up together in this pack. We ended up doing everything together. We knew that if we found who our mates are, we would end things between us because we knew nothing could make us happier than our mate. I knew all of that and after a few months being with Sam, she found her mate but he was in the neighbouring pack. So, Sam move to follow her mate but something unfortunate happen, Sam's new pack was attack by rogue and-"

Rylie cut me by holding my hand and said "Just cry if you want to. I won't judge." I looked at her and she gave me an encouraging smile. I didn't know that my tears were coming out.

"Sam died, Ry. She is my best friend and the rogue killed her." I almost chocked when I said that.

Rylie hugged me and said "Hey, Hey. It's not your fault you know. It's those damn rogues."

"How is it not my fault? I promised I'll protect her. i promised her. Our pack didn't make it in time, Ry. If we were a bit faster. She...Sam.."

She grabs my face and looked at me with stern eyes "Now! You look here Aidan Blake. It's not your freaking fault that Sam died. It's those stupid rouge's fault. I'm sure that even Sam doesn't want you to feel that way."

I look at her amaze. Amaze that she didn't sound angry that I have a girlfriend before her and as though she was reading my mind.

She said "I'm glad you told me about yourself, Aid and if you were wondering why I'm not angry at you for having a girlfriend well that's because I love you and I accept everything about you. Your past, your present and your future, I want to accept everything about you and yes I do feel a bit jealous towards Sam but I would like to meet her because she's someone important to you."

I look at Rylie and she gave me her smile. The smile that I love. I pulled her into a hug and said "you're so amazing. I love you so much."

"Tell me something I don't already know Aidan Blake."

I knew she was smirking at me. Rylie pulled back and that made me whimpered.

She chuckled and said "I'm hungry babe. Let's go eat." I carried her bridal style and her eyes went wide.

"Aidan, put me down."

"Nope. It's faster this way." I wink at her and we went out from the room.

"Alpha, Luna." Some of the pack member greeted as soon as they saw us.

I knew that Rylie was blushing because she grabs my t-shirt tightly.

"Your dead after dinner."

I chuckled and we went to the dining room.
