Chapter 18

Abby

He looked dead. He literally looks like a zombie. Werewolf zombie to be exact. It's been a month since the shooting and Rylie still is unconscious. Every day he came to see her. He stayed with her every night. He would sleep next to her, talking to her, kissing her. He literally made her room, his room.

"Hey Aid. Let's change. Go home." I told him. He looked at me and nodded. Aidan hadn't smile ever since that day, his once beautiful grey eyes that Rylie loves were now lifeless. I want to help him but I do not know how. My power could only do so little in this situation. I sighed and open up the curtains.

"So today at school, some dumb kid spills his food on me and Nate almost kick his ass out of the cafeteria." I laughed but it was a force one. Rylie hated when I do that.

"I am sure you would say "Arora, never do that." Right?" I took her hand; it was so skinny and pale.

"Please wake up, Ry. I miss you. Please. School is stupid without you to survive it with me. I miss your remarks. I miss teasing you. Aidan hadn't been the same since you are in this coma."
I cried. I miss my best friend, my sister, my other half.

"Babe." Nate squeeze my shoulder and hugged me from behind.

I cried even louder and said " I miss her, Nate. I really miss her."

"Shh. I know baby. We miss her as well." He kisses my head.

Nate

Looking at Abby crying like she had been for the last month, breaks me into pieces. All of us hadn't been the same, especially Aidan. He wouldn't talk to anyone. His daily life now is going to the hospital, go home to shower and go back to the hospital. He would only go to school once a week but went to the hospital during lunch break. The pack didn't blame him though. His father, our former Alpha is helping him manage the pack for the time being but I cannot go on like this. Aidan couldn't either. I'm sure Rylie wouldn't want that either but what can I say. He would just snap at me saying I don't understand anything. Its currently night time now. Abby fell asleep next to Rylie, while Nick and Jordan were playing games on their phone. Aidan, he just sat there like a zombie.

"Hey Aid, let's go get coffee."

He shook his head.

I sighed and said "Nick and Jordan is here. Abby is sleeping next to her. She'll be fine."

Reluctantly he got up, but before that he went to Rylie's and kiss her head.

"I'll be right back, baby. I love you." He whispered.

Rude? I know but having super sensitive hearing made it hard to ignore it. Besides Abby probably heard it as well because that girl is a light sleeper. She would instantly wake up if she hears noises.

"Hey." She said in her raspy voice. Aidan nodded.

"Babe, we are getting coffee, you want one?" She shook her head and went back to sleep. She hugged Rylie and she fell back to sleep.

"Guys want anything?" I asked.

"Nah, we are too busy beating up each other." Jordan said but he didn't take off his eyes from the screen.

Both Aidan and I get coffee and we went out from the Hospital. It really is awkward because whenever the both of us are together we never stay silent before.

"Awkward, hah?" Aidan said

I laughed and said "sure does. I missed you man."

He sighed and look away. "I just do not know what to do you know. I feel like anytime soon she will just go away. I know what the doctor said but she still hasn't wake up. She doesn't want to wake up."

I put my hand on his shoulder and said "you need to keep your act together man. The whole pack doesn't say it but they need you, we really need you, Alpha." He was taken aback when I call him that.

"I know but-"

I cut him saying "Rylie is strong, what if she saw you like this. What would she say? I'm sure she wants you to do your work."

He just kept quiet and stare into space. I know he wanted some time alone, so I decided to go back in. Aidan is strong and kind but he seriously needs keep his act together.

"Where's Aidan?" Nick asked. He was pale, nervous.

"What's wrong?"

"It's Rylie. Something is wrong!"

Nick and I quickly went and get Aidan. Everyone was outside the room, Abby was crying, I knew she was scared. Jordan sat there looking really nervous.

"Babe, what's wrong?" I ask. Abby quickly ran to my place and cried.

"Rylie, she's-"

"Please let this be a joke from you guys. She's not dead, is she? Nick! Jordan! Please say something." Aidan yelled.

The doctor came out from Rylie's room and said "Alpha, you should go in."

"Please don't let it be true. She needs to live." Abby cried.

She really is shaking. I hugged her and that's is all I can do for her.

So I decided to make it another person POV and whose better if its not the fairy and wolf couple, right? Hahahaha
And its another cliffhanger. We still do not know if she live or die.
