I really want to rest today. I guess shopping by a nearby mall won't hurt. But, I don't have any money. For the last few days, Emerald is the one who always pay for me. Where did he get those money anyway? Well, no body knows. I stood up from my bed and opened the curtains. The sun is shining brighter today. I'm sure if Emerald and I didn't stop by here; we'll be having a shower of sweats. I took a shower. It is really refreshing. The fresh water pouring down my head. After a few minutes, I got out of the bathroom. Then I put on a new pair of clothes that Manikam bought for me the other day. It's pretty nice in my opinion. Before Emerald and I separated last night, he gave me some money. He said that he might over sleep this morning so it's better for me to keep some money to buy my breakfast. I walked to his room. The door's locked. Then, I heard a loud noise. It sounded like..... snores?? Whoa! He must be really tired. I guess I'll have to eat alone this morning. I took the elevator. I walked into the cafeteria and ordered some food. Guess what I had for my breakfast today. It's a croissant and a glass of milk. It's been a while since I eat something like this. Anyways, breakfast is on promotion. 50% of discount. That's why I chose to have my breakfast with something fancy. It was delicious. As I was eating by myself, I noticed that I'm being watched. I peeked for anyone who got their eyes on me. Did I do something wrong? I noticed a girl with curly dark chocolate hair. She's staring at me. As soon as I looked at her, she looked away. Did she noticed that I'm a fairy? The girl was an elf. And she looks like a warrior. I finished my breakfast quickly. I was going to return to my room until... The girl was standing right behind me. How did she get there so fast? "I know who you are.." she said to me. "W-what do y-you mean?" I asked. "Stop pretending!" She yelled then pushed me to the floor. I was terrified. "You're the thief that stole my purse yesterday!" She scolded. What? Purse? What is she talking about? "Miss, you got the wrong person." I replied calmly. "Stop lying or you'll have an arrow in your throat!" She threaten me while aiming an arrow straight to my neck. "Hey! What are you doing?!" Shouted a familiar voice. The girl was shocked. She quickly turned and aim her weapon at Emerald. Emerald also put out his weapon. I stood up slowly. The two elves were aiming their weapon at each other. Waiting for the best moment to shoot. I took my wand from my pocket. And cast a strong magic spell that made the girl frozen. She can't move but she can talk. Emerald put his weapon down. "Thanks." He thanked me. "It was noth....." I couldn't finish my sentence. I blacked out and pain was attacking me. I can't call for help.
Emerald's P.O.V I was thanking her until she suddenly fell down. The spell broke and the girl got her aim on me. "Look who's fainted." She said. I put my hands up as a signal that I don't want to fight. She putted her weapon down. As soon as she did that I quickly grab Sankriasi. I picked her up bridal style. The red eyed girl looked confused. "Help me out!" I asked for her assistance. She followed me to Sankriasi's room. I layed her down on her bed. "Why would you help a thief?" She asked me. "She's not a thief. We just got here yesterday." I explained to her. "So, she's not the thief?" "No she's not. You got the wrong girl." I said. "Oh no! This is all my fault! You see, yesterday my purse were stolen and I saw the thief. The thief have the same hair colour as this girl!" She explained with a worried voice. "That's okay." I calmed her down. "What's your name?" I asked her. "My name's Ruby. And I think your name is Emerald, right?" She answered. "Yes, that's right." I told her. "Don't you think we should buy any medicine for her?" I sighed. "There's nothing that we can do." I replied. "What is her decease? I'm really good at medications!" "You look too rough for a medication elf." I joked. "No, I'm not! What is her sickness?!" She scolded. "You can't do anything about it. Her decease is... different." "Uggghhh... FINE!"She growled. I think I need to tell her. She looks like soneone that can be trusted. "Can you keep a secret?" "Sure! I hold many secrets!" "Alright then." I explained to her about what happened to Sankriasi. She vowed not to tell anyone and she said that she might able to help me. She get an inch closer to Sankriasi and used her healing spell. Red aura began to spread in the room. Two hours later, Sankriasi opened her eyes. She was terrified by the presence of me and Ruby. She almost screamed until I covered her mouth. "What is she doing here?" "She helped you." I explained. "You did?" Ruby nodded. "Did you tell her?" She turned to me. "I had to." I answered while scratching my back neck. "Thank you!" She hugged both of us. "Let me guess your name... is it.. Ruby?" Sankriasi tried to guess Ruby's name. "Yup! You got that right!" We all laughed. It's evening and we checked out. Ruby decided to come with us to help Sankriasi with her health problem. We agreed.
