NCIS ~ I Will Love You Thru Everything

Darkness is what Ziva woke up to. What happened..she wondered. Suddenly the memories of the past interrogation flooded back into her mind. She had not been able to answer any of the 5 questions except 1. Her entire body ached and it hurt to breathe. Ziva was fairly certain Lenz had broken a few of her ribs. Lenz had sliced the razor up and down her legs and lastly, up and down her wrists. The wrists didn't hurt as much..as much as Ziva hated to admit it, her wrists were pretty used to cutting on a daily basis. It was just an addiction that Ziva couldn't seem to get past when she was upset or uncertain.

Tony flipped thru the folders and compared two. He ran down to Abby's lab with the file and asked Abby to do a ratio analysis on the body. Abby scanned it and enhanced it. "It's a perfect match." she told him. She replayed the video and zoomed in on the large figure dragging Ziva. It was him.

Tony grabbed the sheets off the desk and went to Gibbs. He showed him everything and waited. Gibbs nodded grimly and reached for his handgun. Tony and McGee did the same.

As they walked towards the elevator, ducky's voice rang out "Bring her back, Jethro!" .

They sped towards the address on the paper. Tony silently entered the front door while Gibbs and mcGee entered the back. "Clear!" all three confirmed. Gibbs silently motioned to the rug and pulled it aside. Iron bars covered a door in the floor. Tony cursed. There was no way to get past the bars without a blowtorch or something of that magnitude!

Gibbs stood in indecision. Finally he flipped open his phone and dialed. "Tobias? I need a big favor.."

A few minutes later an FBI squadron of men stormed the house. Two men of the team worked on the bars..snap! snap! snap! the bars were cut.

Tony went down the stairs first. It was pitch black and damp. He made his way thru the hall, where a dim candle burned enough to see 6 doors that led to separate rooms. He went in the first with his gun drawn. His jaw dropped. Even Gibbs was majorly disturbed. Covering the walls were different photos of Abby..some were taken inside Abby's house! While she was sleeping and showering!

Gibbs ordered McGee back to the lab to keep an eye on Abby.

They went thru the rooms one by one until they came to the last one. Gibbs counted down on his fingers 3, 2, 1..

BANG!!!! Tony kicked the door in only to stop short. Ziva was sitting in a chair with dark red staining her top amd jeans. Her face was bruised and her hair was damp with blood as well. But the man holding the gun to her head was what stopped Tony.

The man smiled. "I am Lenz" he said in a light accented voice.

Tony and Gibbs slowly advanced towards him with the gun drawn. "Let her go, and we'll talk," said Gibbs. Although his face was calm, Tony could see the panic in his eyes over Ziva being held at gunpoint. Ziva slowly raised her head. Lenz slapped the gun down on her head and shouted "Don't look up!!" The gun cracked against her skull and Ziva bit back a scream. A tear slowly rolled down her cheek.

Tony's gun shook slightly. Get it together Dinnozio, he told himself.

Gibbs and Tony were only about 4 feet from Lenz now.

Lenz dug the gun into Ziva's neck. "Don't come any closer or I'll shoot!" he warned. Gibbs kept moving. Lenz looked at him in disbelief and tightened his finger on the trigger.."One more step, and I'll kill her. I mean it. She had no value, and I am just an employee. Killing me solves nothing." Tony stayed back away from Lenz. It broke protocol, but he wasn't going to be the one that caused the kill shot for Ziva. Gibbs waited for a few moments then looked at Tony, sending a message. Lenz looked between them trying to figure out what they were doing. Ziva raised her head quickly and made eye contact with Tony. I love you, she mouthed..

Gibbs took the step, and..BANG!! the gun went off.
