"Your the Flash" Amber says out loud sounding likes she's reassuring her self. "Well I alway knew if Juno ever got a man that he would have to be quite something" she says and walks out closing the door behind her. I look over to Barry and I laugh a little. His shoulders drop relaxing.
"She took that well" Barry comments as I re-roll myself back up into the sheets.
"She keeps lies, tells lies and is told lies for her job" I say and lay my head down on the pillow. I'm exhausted and Barry lies down beside me. I smile at him, my most genuine one today.
"Thanks Barry" I say and snuggle in closer to the warmth of his chest. "I love you" I mumble into him and relax.
"Anything for you" he says placing a kiss on my forehead. "I love you too"

I wake up early the next morning and Barry, as usual, is still fast asleep. I slip out of the sheets and take a shower. I get changed into cropped athletic legging and a lose tank top with oversized arm holes. I go to make breakfast and Barry is still asleep. What a surprise. I walk into the kitchen and see Ambers already there sipping some coffee. I causally walk by and get some fruit and yogurt to make a smoothie.
"That might wake Barry up" Amber says quietly.
"Well he needs to get up off his butt" I say simply and turn on the blender. Amber smiles as she watches me make as much noise as possible. After a few minuets a groggy Barry walks in rubbing his eyes.
"Why are you so loud" he says and flips his arms and head onto the counter.
"It was time for you to get up anyways" I say and ruffle his already crazy hair. Amber laughs as he starts to drag himself back to the room. I press the blender and he looks back at me. I smirk and let go of the button he starts to walk again and I press the button. He glares at me, so I stop and give him an innocent smile. Just before he opens the door I turn on the blender full power and within a second he's beside me with the plug in his hand.
"There we go" I say and pour a glass of smoothie. "All awake now?" I ask innocently.
"Yes" Barry says and rummages through the fridge. I take a seat beside Amber and she looks over to me.
"You two are too cute" she says smiling over her coffee. "OTP" she whispers quietly but I hear her.
"Sure jump on the bandwagon with Cisco" I say with a smirk. She looks at me with a 'don't even mention that' glare and I laugh. "You are one of my few friends and I am a master spy. You like Cisco" I say. She rolls her eyes at me and sips her coffee so she doesn't have to answer. "Sorry I couldn't tell you about him" I say and look over to Barry making seven pieces of toast
"I understand" she says and puts and hand on mine. I nod and continue on drinking my smoothie quietly.
* * *
I scan my card and walk into the training room. Barry follows closely behind me and Amber beside me. I got him his own badge that allowed him access into the base, but he's only level 2. Hopefully with some persuasion Fury will allow him a higher ranking so he can be in on some of this. We slipped into the trainer gym that I had booked so no one should bug me. Fury said he will come to do an assessment at two. Barry is pretty excited to help me out, and can't wait for Cisco to help too.
"Okay so fist start by moving something small" Barry says and point to a pair of boxing gloves. I focus on them and stretch my hand out. I can feel the energy running through my veins. It surprises me how much of it I can feel and my concentration breaks. The gloves fall to the ground. I refocus and lift the gloves again. I bring them to me and they fly past Barry's head. Thankfully his reaction time is fast. I smirk as he looks wide eyed at me.
"I've practice" I admit shrugging. I look over to the weights eyeing the 100lb.
"Juno you have to be careful" he says looking worried.
"According to Caitlin during the first week of waking up you where already fighting crime" I say and smirk "I'm a couple days behind". He looks at me with a worried expression, but he doesn't have a comeback. I focus on the weight, and surprisingly it isn't has heavy as I though it would be. I pick it up easy. I lift it so it touches the roof then place it back down. Barry still looks a little out of it, so I take advantage. I focus on him, which isn't that hard, and his feet aren't touching to ground. He heals fast so I decide it's fine to lift him up a little higher. He just begins to notice and yells.
"Juno Elise Kestrel, put me down" he yells I laugh.
"The full name thing never really worked on me" I say "maybe it's cause I have gone by so many aliases or maybe it's because my mom never yelled it at me" I say and let Barry down. He looks over to me.
"Well that was interesting" he says and walks over. He gives me a bear hug and I hug him back. "I see your developing your powers" he says and I can feel him smile.
* * *
After four more hours of training I've learned a lot, and am exhausted. I'm sitting on the floor drinking some water when Fury walks in. I instantly stand up and straiten my back.
"I assume you are ready for your evaluation" Fury says.
"Yes" I say and Barry walks over to sit with Amber. I stand and wait for a command, the 'good soldier' drilled into my head. "Go for it" Fury says unimpressed. I focus on a 200lb weight this time knowing that it's not as heavy as actually lifting it. I let it graze the ceiling and then place it back down. I push back the whole weight rack then pull it back. As I turn around my eyes go wide as I see a knife flying towards me.
