Worlds Intertwine (Barry Allen)

Betrayed

We reach D. C headquarters and Natasha breaks off from the group to go undercover and stop Pierce. I follow Steve and Sam to the helicarriers as we prepare to take them down. Not before Steve presents his patriotic speech to the whole complex urging people to fight HYDRA.  We start to run down the corridors and discuss plan.

"Sam and Juno you stick together and take down a helicarrier and I'll go for one who ever finishes first goes to the third. We don't have much time be quick" Steve says as we break through the doors.

"Hey Cap, how do we know the good guys from the bad guys?" Sam asks as we run towards the rising ships.

"If they shoot at you they're bad" Sam opens his wings.

"Wait how am I so post to get the helicarrier?" I ask.

"I got ya" I hear Sam say over the coms and my feet are no longer touching the ground. Sam flys over to the second ship and drops me down just before he gets shot at.

"I think I found the bad guys you where talking about" he says and he dodges the bullets. I roll safely to the ground and and instantly shot at from the ground. I quickly dive behind a crate avoiding being shot. I turn around and focus on two soldiers, I make a hand motion like I'm grabbing them then open my palm and they go flying and land on the ground 100 meters away, unconscious. The rest of them freeze for a second relishing they go the power girl. I take their shock as an advantage and run towards them. I punch the first in the face knocking him out cold. The other two get over their shock and start to shot. I make a force field around my self and walk towards them. When I get close enough I let down my shield and kick one in the arm and they drop their gun I then round house kick the other's gun out of his hand as well. Then then put up their fists and I smirk.

"Let's see what you got" I say as the both come at me.  I easily block punches and can tell that these agents aren't even close to being as trained as I am. After bending to dodge a punch I focus on one guys head and pull it to the ground his helmet hits the pavement and he's out cold as well. The last guy looks terrified and runs into the ship.

"Guys" I hear Sam say a little worried "I can't get this bird off my tail, someone needs to take it down" I look up to the sky and see a twin jet tailing Sam as he flies through the sky.

"I got you this time" I say "I need you to fly closer to this ship"

"Closer? Do you want me to get shot?"

"Yes, that's why I am going to help you" I say sarcastically.

"If I get shot I'm never going to forgive you"

"Just fly closer" I say and watch as he dives to lose altitude. As he swoops over my head the twin jet comes behind him. I focus all my energy on it and pull my arms down hard. I watch as the jet nose dives and crashes into the ship deck 50 meters from me. I smirk as Sam lands beside me.

"Not bad" he says. We both turn around and start to run towards the doors to the inside of the ship. Then out of no where the Winter Soldier comes out. We both stop dead in our tracks. Sam turns to take flight but as he does so he is pulled back down by a grappling hook caught in his wing. I quickly pull out a knife and throw it towards the Winter Soldier. He puts his metal arm up easily and the knife clatters to the ground. Sam them turns and shoots at him, but misses. I mentally pick up the knife with my powers and try to stab the Winter Soldier's leg. He kicks it off the edge and I hear Sam over the coms.

"Go switch the drive" he yells and continues to fight. I sneak away and make my way into the ship. There is an eerie silence and I can feel the energy of maybe two people around this corner. I turn the corner quick and punch one of them out cold. Turns out there where three guys. The other two start to shot, I feel a small pain in my leg as I smash one of their heads into the wall. The other one goes to punch my but kick his chest them knock him out cold. I look down my leg to see blood slowly dripping down. My thigh was shot, but thankfully it didn't go that deep. I close my eyes and focus on the bullet in my leg. I flick my wrist and the bullet falls to the ground. I hiss in pain, but continue down the hall. I run into three more guards on my way to the main data center. I swing open the door and walk onto the small bridge. Underneath me is glass and I can see the small body of water underneath us. As I look up again I see a man staring still right where I need to be. I recognize his face a snarl. John Lilston, the security agent from my team.
