We walked into school, and a big group of my dance friends ran up to me, hugging me and greeting me. I saw Sophie slip away, maybe she's finding Adam or Mitch.
I chatted with some friends, acting like I was listening but really I was wondering what was wrong with Sophie. The bell rang.
Here we go, ugh. I hate school.
--------------------------------------------
School is over and I haven't seen Sophie all day. I walked outside and headed towards my car. Someone rapped their arms around my waist, resting there head on my shoulder, "hey," he whispered into my ear,
"Hi," I sighed.
"What's wrong?" he loosened his grip and spun me around, now Mitch's hands were on my waist, he looked worried.
"Sophie, I have no idea where she is," Mitch was silent. He spun me back around and slung his arm over my shoulder and started walking towards my car.
--------------------------------------------
Mitch drove me back to my house, he kept telling me she's ok. We walked to my door and I grabbed the door handle, it was unlocked. This made me really worried, I stepped inside and heard a coughing sound. "Sophie?!" I yelled.
"In the bathroom," she sounded really sick. I ran to the bathroom, Mitch following close behind. The door was a little bit open, so I pushed it and it swung open. Sophie was on her knees in front of the toilet, Adam was there too, he was sitting on the counter. When I stepped in he hopped off the counter. Sophie coughed and than began talking,
"the whole drive to school I had a horrible stomachache, I thought it was nothing. But when we got into school it got worse. I headed to the bathroom but on my way there I bumped into Adam, and than I threw up after I got to the bathroom, Adam offered to drive me home and... well here we are." She didn't sound happy, but she didn't sound ungrateful.
"Umm ok, well that tea that helps sore throats and stuff is on the third shelf on the left in the pantry. Me and Mitch will be in the living room if you guys need anything." I said turning around, grabbing Mitch's hand.
"Thanks, Alice. For everything." Adam said.
Me and Mitch walked into the living room and we sat down on the couch.
"Everything?" Mitch seemed curious. I leaned in, my face was now just a few inches away from Mitch's ear.
"Adam likes Sophie, and when he first met her he came up to me and asked me some questions about Sophie. Don't tell him I told you," I whispered. Mitch turned his head so now our lips were just inches away. He leaned in and kissed me, we moved around so I was straddling him and we were making out, Adam walked in and started to talk, "umm where did you say that-" he stopped when he saw us, we stopped kissing and looked at him, I reluctantly got up and walked towards him, "what do you want Adam?" I said, sort of annoyed. "I was just wondering where that tea was, but if your busy, I'll go find it myself," he said, turning around. I groaned, "follow me,"
When I got back Mitch was watching TV, I say down beside him, "now where were we?" I said, playfully. He leaned in ad before I new it we were kissing, again.
