Chapter 31, Fighting

Natsu's Pov, 

Mira was frozen, shaking with fear as she was crying her hands covering her mouth. I was confused on what just happened. She was just smiling a second ago when Laxus woke up. "Mira?" Laxus asked worried as she fell on her knees. "What are we going to do?" Evil Lucy asked in a sing song voice with a small laugh afterwards. Loke glared at her his hands glowing gold. "You can't hurt me Loke don't even try" Evil Lucy looked at him pulling out his key from her side. Soon black smoke started showing around next to Lucy.

Soon the smoke cleared and Zeref was standing there with a sad smile on his face. "We need to work together" Levy called out as Kagura and Rogue came back in the room. Kagura having an upset look on her face. She reminded me of Erza what was kinda creepy. Romeo pulled Wendy behind her as his hand set on fire. His fire was glowing purple as he looked at me. I knew what he was thinking. I nodded as my wounds were fully healed. I wouldn't be able to heal again until tomorrow. That was going to be a pain.

"ZEREF" I shouted getting his attention he sighed, shaking his head. "FREE LUCY" I then shouted my hands setting on fire. Romeo rushed behind me as Zeref looked at Lucy and then me. "She choice to be this way to save you brother" Zeref then started to really anger me. I saw my own flames getting more powerful as I ran at him. Romeo shot some fireballs toward him as he stepped back a little. Soon Lucy moved in front of him making me stop in my tracks. I-I couldn't hurt her... I loved her way to much....

Meanwhile, Mira's Pov, 

What Lucy asked me to do was repeating in my head, over and over again. I couldn't do that. We all loved and cared about her. She became a member of our family. "Mira.... Please" I heard Lucy again in my head as I felt my power levels start to rise. Laxus looked at me wide eye. "Wendy, get me in Lucy's mind" I ordered my voice upset and hurt as she rushed to my side. Natsu, Gajeel and Romeo were trying to keep Zeref and Lucy busy. "You won't have long" Wendy whispered you could hear in her voice she was scared.

"You will need help in there Mira" Yukino whispered as I then smiled. "I got this" I replied as they all looked at me worried. Wendy then started whispering the spell as the others rushed to help the guys. I soon blacked out falling into two sets of hands....

Lucy's Mind, Lucy's Pov, 

Everything was getting worse. My mind racing as I kept thinking of anyway to stop myself. I was fighting Natsu, Romeo, Gajeel and the others. "There is no point in fighting me" my other self walked over grabbing my hand as I was on my knees. I yelped a little as it was painful. "You are weak without me" my other self sighed as a purple orb came flying out of no where, sending my other self flying somewhere else. I turned my head as I saw Mira rushing over toward me. My eyes widen as she had tears rushing down her face.

"You are strong Lucy, you are amazing and we love you" Mira shouted as she pulled me on my feet and then into a hug. I felt my eyes water as I hugged back. I wanted to fight but every time I tried I would make her more powerful. "Lucy you have to win this, for Natsu, for us" Mira then whispered to me as a tear went down my face. "I don't know how" I whispered back as Mira pulled away from the hug. "Using your own power" Mira then grabbed my hands as I looked at them. They was giving off a golden glow.

"This is your mind, you home, your body, prove that" Mira nearly shouted as I smiled at her. She started fading. "W-what? I should have more time" Mira whispered as I turned my head to see my body chocking Wendy. My eyes widen. "WENDY" Mira and I shouted worried as the golden glow from my hands started to get brighter. Soon my body let her go and turned around catching Kagura's katana with my hand. "I WON'T LET YOU HURT ANYONE ELSE" I screamed the glow from my hands blinding me. 

I had to fight.

Not just for myself....

But for the others!
