"She tried to kill herself." I said biting my lip.
Flashback*
Jack, Finn, Kate and I were all home alone for the first time in a while. Mom was out working and Ethan and Grayson were out of the house because they had just gotten in an argument with Kate. My brothers and I were in our room.
"It's really quiet with nobody in the house." I said.
"I know, where's Kate?" Finn asked.
I shrugged my shoulders.
"Kate!" Jack yelled to see where she was.
There was no response.
"Kate!!" I yelled louder.
no response
"I'll go look for her." Finn said.
"She's probably just in her room with the door shut." I said.
Finn walked out of the room.
A few moments later.
"Kate!" I heard Finn scream.
Jack and I looked at each other and ran out of the door and ran to the bathroom where Finn was struggling to take something from Kate.
"I can't open it!" Kate yelled in tears.
Finn was finally able to grab what was an orange bottle with pills in it from Kate's grip. He threw them out of the bathroom and they flew over the railing onto the floor downstairs.
Jack and I ran in to comfort our sister.
"What were you thinking?!" Finn yelled.
Kate was on the floor crying.
"Kathryn Grace Dolan, answer me now." Finn said.
"I'm a mistake." She said in between sobs.
I got her off the floor and hugged her.
"Why would you think that?" Nate asked.
"That's what Grayson said to me." She said.
"That's it." Finn started and walked out of the bathroom.
"Finn come back!" Kate yelled.
"What?" He said with his phone in his hand.
"You can't tell anyone." She said wiping the tears from her eyes.
"I'm calling Grayson to tell him what an a-." Finn had been cut off by Kate.
"None of you are to tell anyone." She said backing away.
"How do we know you're not going to do it again?" I asked.
"Yeah." Jack agreed.
"You can trust me." She said quietly.
"Bs, I'm calling Grayson." Finn said.
Kate got out of mine and Jack's hug and grabbed Finn's phone out of his hand.
"You are to not tell anyone. Mom, dad, Cam, Ethan, Grayson. Absolutely nobody. This stays between the four of us." She said in a now calm voice.
"We're going to be watching you." I said.
"Not letting you out of our sight." Jack added.
Finn grabbed his phone back.
"What are you going to do about Ethan and especially Grayson?" Finn asked.
"Ethan didn't really do anything. He just sided with Grayson because that's what he always does and if he doesn't he knows that Gray will get pissed at him and hurt him whether it physically or emotionally." Kate said.
"And Grayson?" I asked.
"Our relationship was drifting away anyway. I guess it's time to just throw it away now." She said biting her lip.
She took a deep breath in.
"I'm going to bed." She said and began to walk back down the hallway.
"We're coming too." I said.
She gave us "the look" meaning that she thought that she didn't need us to sleep in her room with her.
"We're coming." Finn said.
She rolled her eyes and continued to walk down the hallway.
