Chapter 26

*Kat’s POV*

We were all moving our stuff into the new condo Simon had arranged for us to stay at. We had told Hannah that we had just bought the condo, which could be seen as true.

Hannah was currently at her place packing up her things, and Drue and I had agreed to drive there and help her pack once we were done with our own.

The boys were not happy.

They understood, but they didn’t want to not be able to see us for two weeks. True, we could all text, but face to face contact might ruin any chance we had at Hannah wanting to join our band for the right reasons. None of us wanted her to join just because we would be spending 6 months with the 5 most famous boys in the world.

I was in Louis’ bathroom gathering up my things when I felt a strong pair of arms wrap around my waist.

“I don’t want you to leave.” Louis said, pouting like a two year old who just lost his purple dinosaur.

“I don’t want to leave you Boo. But I will text you constantly and call you every night before I go to sleep.” I told him, as I turned around so our foreheads were resting together. He smiled slightly.

“Is there any way you can go on a date with William?” He said smirking.

“William?” I said, slightly confused.

“My undercover name, so we can see each other.” He said, pulling me closer, if that was even possible.

I sighed, as great as it sounded, I didn’t want to risk it. “I love you so much baby.”

His smile faded, knowing that I was sticking to the original plan. It killed me to see him like this. “I love you so much Kat.” He said, then joined our lips together. This was a different kiss, knowing it would be two weeks until we saw each other, maybe even more, but we kissed it all away.

Two weeks isn’t that long, but when you’re in love, seconds feel like hours.

Oh god, I’ve gone soft.

It suddenly hit me that a lot could happen in two weeks.

“Don’t forget about me or anything,” I said softly. Michael had, he had moved on in two days. “I just can’t bear to lose you.”

Louis looked shocked, “There is no way in the world I could forget about you Kat. You are my everything.”  I couldn’t help but break into a smile.

“Help me finish packing you cheesy dork.” He rolled his eyes but started folding the clothes scattered on his bed.

Drue and I were riding in my old car on our way to Hannah’s.

“Seriously, she’s so great you will adore her.” I kept rambling on. I really did like Hannah; she was very sweet and very awesome.

We pulled up to the apartment complex. I saw Hannah walking down the stairs and immediately got out to help her get the four boxes and one suitcase she was trying to carry.

“Thanks Rina.” She said smiling, she loved that named and insisted on calling me that, although I had no idea why.

As long as it wasn’t Trina, that is the only name I don’t like. My father used it.

“No problem Han.” I said, smiling. I introduced Drue and Hannah and they both got along immediately. We had a fun car ride over and soon got to the condo.

It was gorgeous, Simon really had out-done himself. I wondered if there was any chance that we could stay here permanently.

“Wow.” Was all Hannah said. We walked inside and placed down some of our things, then as though we all had the same idea, we raced upstairs. Me, knowing that the best rooms are towards the back just kept going, while Drue and Hannah dodged in the first doors on the left and right. I saw a door at the end and opened it, and knew I got the best one. There was a balcony overlooking the city of London. There was also an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet.

I soon learned all the rooms had the attached bathrooms and big closets, but mine was the only with a balcony.

It took us all about two days to fully un-pack, and by that point the 5 of us were all super close. The first night we had a ‘sleepover’ in the living room, watching movies and playing 20 questions all night. Even though I considered Kelsey and Sierra my best friends, there was still a lot to learn about them, and Hannah too. Hannah, Sierra, and Kelsey all learned about my dad that night. It really made me feel closer to them. We also had the greatest jam session ever, and the 5 of us wrote a song.

Probably one of the best nights of my life; next to meeting Louis.
