We are still floating down and my eyes are tightly shut. I'm no longer screaming but Shawn's holding my hand which is helping. Ugh! I am going to kill him when we land.
We land on a landing pad thing and we both fall over when they disconnect our ropes. Shawn helps me up and I punch him in the arm.
"Ow what was that for!?" I pretends it hurts.
"For bringing me up there!" I say pointing to the sky. He chuckles and we walk back to the shed thing and get changed.
"You look cute in that dress" he says. I blush and we walk out together.
We walk back to his truck.
"You said we will be gone for the whole day. Where are we going?" I ask.
"Not telling" he smirks.
"Ugh! I hate it when you do that!" I say. Not really. It makes me love him more. We drive for a while before we get to the theme park that is only staying for the summer. A/n I know in my other book they also went to the theme park but it's the cutest thing)
"No way!" I yell. Shawn parks and I jump out. I run over to him and jump on his back forcing him to give me a piggy back. He chuckles.
"Mush!" I say. He starts walking and he pays to get in. We first go to the cotton candy station and I get a massive ball and so does Shawn. (Lol)
I grab my phone and take a selfie while I'm still on Shawn's back. A few girls come running up to us practically crying.
"Oh my god! Can we get a photo!?" They all scream. We both take selfies with each one of them and they walk off really happy. Lol.
"Which ride do you want to go on first" Shawn yells over the loud music and kids screams.
"Ummm, the scariest one!" I say.
"I didn't know Ambers face was here" he laughs. I crack up laughing.
"Hahahahahahahaha that is so true!" I laugh.
Shawn drags me to a roller coaster and we get on. It goes really fast really quick and Shawn screams like a girl. I laugh the whole way because all I can hear is Shawn's scream.

Shawn and I get off the dodgem cars. Damn that was fun. Shawn kept on ramming into me and I almost made him fall out of his car. Lol. We walk out the gates with our hands held together. In my other hand I have another roll of cotton candy, a show bag and a giant teddy Shawn won for me in a game. I called it 'Benito'. Shawn laughed so hard. We get into Shawn's car and I put all my stuff in the back seat apart from my cotton candy which I continue to eat and my phone which I probably will use.
"One more place to go too" Shawn says.
"Wait. Really!?" I say excited. He nods smiling.
"And I'm assuming you are not going to tell me where" I chuckle.
"Never!" He says and we drive off. Shawn has a convertible, so the roof is down and my hair flies long in the wind and my sunglasses keep the wind out of my eyes.
We pull up in front of an Italian Restaurant.
"Shawn you didn't have too"
"Yes I did. A beautiful girl like you deserves much more than this and I'm very sorry but this is all I can afford" he smiles. I hug him tight and we walk into the restaurant.
"Shawn Mendes?" Shawn asks for his reservation.
"Right this way" the waitress says. We follow her to a two seated table right next to the window that overlooks the beach. I stare out the window at the small crashing waves. I feel Shawn's glare but I pretend I don't know.
"I'm really glad we met" Shawn says breaking the silence. I look at him and blush.
"I love you Shawn" I say smiling. He smiles back and looks down.
"Before I met you, I was the most biggest fan and I loved you so much, and I'll admit I had a massive celebrity crush on you. Then we met and I was sooo excited and we had a bad start because I was crying when we first saw you. And then we met you and you were even better than I thought and turns out you love me and I really do have the best life ever" I say blurting it all out. Shawn leans over the table and our lips crash together.
Our lips moving perfectly in sync. I just wish the table was t in the way. Then we get interrupted by the waitress.
"Oh I'm sorry" she says walking off.
"No, it's ok" Shawn says. She turns around and walks back to us. This is the best waitress ever! She is the first person I've been served by who hasn't hit on my boyfriend!
"What would you like to order?" She asks.
"Can I have the chefs choice?" I ask knowing I will not be able to choose.
"Same here please" Shawn says. She smiles and says thank you. As she is about to walk off she hesitates.
"I know you guys are on a date and I'm very sorry, but I am a massive fan Shawn and it is such and honour to serve you" she says almost freaking out. This is okay as long as she doesn't hit on him.
"Thank you" Shawn smiles. She walks off really happy and I almost burst into laughter when she leaves. Shawn giggles a little too. I love his smile. It's so cute. After a while food comes to our table. We both got a bowel of 'Chefs special sause pasta'.
"It sounds nice" Shawn says thanking the waiter. We both eat at the same time.
"This is amazing!" We both say In unison. We both laugh at how we said the same thing, and we eat in silence backs the pasta is sooo good. I have to admit. Pasta is pretty romantic.
Shawn watches out the window and I stare at his hotness overload. Wow. I can't believe I just said that. Wait. Yes I can, because it's true. Why am I talking to myself!? Ahhhhhh. I zone back in to notice Shawn smiling at me. Crap he caught me staring at him. I blush.
"I have no room for dessert" Shawn says,
"That's the first" he smiles.
"Come on" he grabs my hand and puts a $50 note on the desk. "Keep the change" he says and we walk off. That one of the things I love about him. He is so kind to everyone.
He drags me too his car and we drive off. He pulls up in an empty carpark.
"Shawn where are we?" I ask. He stares at me. It's now dark and we are only lit by the street lights. Shawn turns his radio down and I can see his teeth glowing in the dark. We slowly lean in and then our lips collide. I swear we were made for each other. He gets the lever and pulls it making my chair lean all the way back and Shawn slides on top of me. Our lips still not separating.
I moan. Gosh he is heavy. I feel his abs under his shirt and I smile breaking our kiss. Shawn whines,
"Oh shut up" I say and I continue kissing him. My hands are on his hips and his are around my head holding me close. He moves down to my jaw line, kissing it, then to my collar bone. I gently push against him.(a/n this is so awkward because I'm talking about one of my best friends here sooo😂😂😂)
He swipes his tongue across my bottom lip asking for permission but I deny to annoy him. As we continue kissing he slowly moves his hands to my waist and squeezes them making me gasp and he slips his tongue into my mouth. (I'm dying here)
He pulls back leaving me wanting more. I can see his perfect white teeth still glowing in the dark. He pecks one last time at my lips and sits back in his car.
"I love you" he says.
"I love you too Shawn. Thank you so much for today" I say. He turns the ignition and we drive off. My head resting on his shoulder as he focuses on the road. I just want to get a protractor and see what angle his jawline is at. Probably 'perfect', yeah that would meme sense.
We pull up in front of my house. Skyla is staying over tonight. I would ask Amber but she is sick soo.
"Thanks again Shawn" I kiss him on the cheek.
"By beautiful" he waves, I get out of the car and he watches me get inside. I wave and shit the door. BEST. NIGHT. EVER!
