Skyla's POV
Amber and Daniel sign off and we hear a knock at the door. Taya smirks at me and I get up. Taya follows me and we both open the door to see Cameron in casual clothes. He smiles at me.
"Hi skyla, hi taya" he says,
"Cameron" taya smiles.
"Ready to go?" He asks me. I nod and I follow him to the car. As we get in the car I wave to taya and she smirks.
"How was your morning?" He asks breaking the awkward silence.
"Yeah pretty good. We went on Live.me and watched a few movies and stuff."
"Are we going to the beach?" I ask. He nods. We pull up in the street where all the shops are and we get out of the car together. Cameron grabs my hand and we walk to the ice cream shop.
"ICE CREAM!" I yell. I start running and dragging Cameron along with me. He laughs a little and I look at what I want.
"Hi can I get 2 two scoop cones?" Cameron asks the lady.
"Which flavour?" She asks.
"Can I have the Coffee one and the mixed berry thing?" I ask pointing to the ones I want.
"Ummm... can I please have passion fruit and mixed berry?" He asks. The lady makes our ice creams and I take mine. Cameron can pay. I need my money for clothes. Lol.
We walk outside and just casually walk down the street hand in hand. Two girls run up to us and asks for photos.
"Omg! We love you so much cameron!" They squeak. I chuckle a little. We take a selfie with them and they both take turns hugging him then they walk off.
"Alrighty then" I smile. Cameron smiles and grabs my hand again. I finish my ice cream. Cameron finished his ages ago. He scoffed it down. Lol.
Cameron basically drags me and we get to the beach and we sit in the shade. I look out into the waves that crash on the shore. I feel his gaze on me but I ignore him.
"You're beautiful. Did you know that?" He mumbles. I smile and look at him. He smiles at me with his perfect. White teeth and his eyes light up. Wow. I sigh inside my head.
Cameron looks to my lips then back to my eyes. He starts to lean in and so do I. Immediately we create sparks. The only thing that exists right now is us. All of time has been stoped. I wish we could stay in this moment forever. Eventually it turns into a full on make out sesh. I pull on his hair making him moan while he runs his hands through my hair.
I pull back to catch my breath and he whines.
"Shut up!" I say and bring him back to me. I pull at his shirt and he takes it off revealing his abs. Wow. He pulls back and we both lay down. I lay my head on his bare chest and I have my arm around his waist.
"I love you Cameron" I whisper.
"I love you more" he whispers back. He kisses my forehead and we watch the clouds together.
After about 15 minutes of laying on the sand, Cameron gets up and he drags me to the water. I take off my summer dress revealing my bikini and we both run into the perfect water. He picks up a handful of the water and chucks it at me so I kick the water splashing him. I laugh and the next thing I know I'm being picked up and thrown in the air. I land in the water.
"CAMERON!" I yell. He smirks and I push him making him fall into the water too. I start walking back to shore but he grabs my leg and pulls me back. I fall back into the water and I grab Cameron.
"No. let me go!" He whines like a baby.
"Baby" I laugh. He picks me up and flings me over his shoulders.
"Can a baby do this?" He asks.
I struggle to get out of his arms and I do I fall into the shallow part so If I'm lying down, the water doesn't go over my face and I trip Cameron. He lands on me.
"Ow" I laugh. He pins me down with his heavy body and starts to kiss me. He moves his lips to my neck then collar bone. It tickles and I giggle.
"Cameron stop" I laugh.
"Why?" He asks then continues. I manage to push him off still laughing. We sit in the shallow watching the waves.
"I love you skyla" he says.
"I love you more" I reply.
"That's not possible"
"That's what you think" I smirk.
He kisses me on the cheek and puts his arm around my shoulders and holds me close. "Cameron," I say.
"Yeah?" He asks.
"You have ice cream on your cheek" I giggle. He laughs and wipes it off. We end up sitting on some flat rocks waiting to dry in the sun.
"Thanks Cameron" I smile.
"The days not over yet" he smirks. I push his arm.
"I'm going to just put this in the bin" he says getting a piece of rubbish out of his pocket. I nod and he walks off. After a while someone puts his hand on my eyes.
"Hey skyla." The voice says. it sounds like Cameron but a little different.
"Hey Cameron" I giggle. He stands me up hands still on my eyes and he turns me around. I still can't see. What is he doing?
Then his lips collide with mine. He's still holding my eyes closed. I kiss back. The kiss feels different.
"Skyla?" I hear someone from next to me. It's Cameron. Wait. Cameron is kissing me. Oh no. I push whoever hands are on my eyes to see my ex from year seven. I'm shocked. I look over at Cameron. His eyes are puffy and bloodshot. A tear falls down his cheek.
"Cameron" I take a step toward him.
"F*ck off skyla" he says with a stern voice and he walks off. I look to my ex, Bailey.
"What the hell Bailey!?" I say. I push him and walk off in the direction that Cameron did. His car is gone. ... what have I done?
