As I sat down at my desk in my study looking over the many neglected paperwork, the shouts of the servants could be heard "What the bloody hell is happen out there!?" I stood up marching over to the door prepared to shout my rage, I flung the door open not even taking a step out as Finny jump in front of me with his hair disheveled, his clothes a mess "What is going on here?" I growled looking him over "Young Master!" He screamed in horror "I am so sorry but there are chickens in the manor!" He stated before taking off after one of the two legged feather demons "Why?" I questioned taking after Finny as more chickens ran past me.

As I ran to the stairs I noticed the whole first floor was covered in feathers and chickens "What the hell is going on in here!" I scream slowing down to catch my breath putting my hands on the railings looking over the floor "It seems your dearest betrothed wanted to prank you for not talking to her." Sebastian stated, he looked out of place, his hair too, was all over and his clothes a mess, he held two chickens in his hands "Why are you not taking care of this?" I asked bluntly "I am M'lord but I am spread to thin at the moment, the servants have yet again failed at their jobs I gave to them." He heads to the stairs "...and are failing yet again at helping me get these chickens, not to mention your guests are outside enjoying some lunch in the garden." He states matter-o-factly "I thought you could handle such tasks as that, without looking so messed up." I smirked "Maybe if you helped with your guests, I could get these chickens out of here quicker." He looked up at me with a playful grin "Fine, since you obviously can't handle it alone, I will be out in the garden, get this all cleaned up, clean yourself as well and fix anything that is broken." I gritted my teeth heading down stairs and out to the garden.

As I made my way outside I fixed up my shirt, I wasn't even aware I had guests, so of course I was not dressed for the occasion. I was only in a white button up with a bow tied and black shorts and shocks, with dress shoes on, greet if I didn't know any better I'd say Sebastian set me up for humiliation, I saw my guests sitting at a table set up in the center of the garden over looking the roses I made my way over checking my reflection in the fountain, good my eye patch is still in place I sighed "Good evening, miss." I spook up, she turned her head before bolting up and running over to me "(YYYYYYY/NNNNN)!!!!! It is so good to see you finally!" She squealed at me wrapping me in a tight hug "Hello Elizabeth... can't breath." I coughed up "Please call me Lizzy!" She pouted while letting me go "I hope you don't mind the chickens, I was just so mad at you when you refused to let me come over last month, I barely get to see you." She spoke while heading over to the table, her maid Paula gave me a light smile as I followed Elizabeth  "I told you I was busy with the company, even if you did come over I couldn't make time for you." I sat down with her "I also stated that you could come over a week after that, but you didn't." I looked at her with a bored expression "I didn't tell you?" She asked "Tell me what?" I asked as Paula poured me some tea "Yes, I had gotten many invitations to parties, I couldn't come over then, I thought I wrote a letter stated so." She gave me a worried expression "Well it doesn't matter now." I took a sip of my tea "What matters is, you let chickens into my estate, and didn't tell me ahead of time that you were coming over." I gave her a steady glare "Yep, the chickens were actually an accident, I was in London doing some shopping and this young man was selling them for cheap, you should have seen them, all cramped in their cages, they looked so sad, so I bought them all." She took a bite of her cake "I was only going to stop by for a few minutes to say hi when they busted out of their cages and ran away from the carriage  into your manor, so sorry." She smiled at me "Why didn't you just have someone take them home while you can over here?" I asked only for her to shrug me off "Don't know, I guess I was just to excited about coming over and didn't think about it. Oh but before I do forget!" She jumped up and ran over to a bag not far from the table, she pulled out a white box with a pink ribbon "I bought you this! And this!" She ran back over and handed both the big box and a tiny box to me "Open them!" She smiled happily "They were so adorable, I couldn't leave without them." She sat down as I opened the tiny box first. Inside the little box was an eye patch, black with a rose silhouette on it in blue "Why?" I looked at her "Because if I had to wear an eye patch I would love for it to be pretty!" She giggled as I put it on to the table opening the next box. She had bought me a new outfit, it was a dark purple cloak with fuzz all around the hood, like the black one I had. The rest was a white button up, and shorts to match the cloak minus the fuzz. "I mainly bought it for the cloak, I figured since you like your black one so much you could use another one, plus it is getting close to fall." Her smile never left her face "Thank you very much Eliz... Lizzy." I folded the clothes and put them back into the box "You are very welcome." She stood up "Well it is getting late so I should leave now. Oh one more thing." She looks at me "Are you going to the Viscount's ball?" She asked me "Yes, I got my invitation today... why?" I stood up putting the box onto the table "Goody! I was just making sure, I can't wait! We get to dance together!" She cheered while walking away not being able to see my deadpan expression... I hate dancing "Bye!" She waved as her carriage left "It's a shame... she left her chickens." I let out a sigh "No worry, I took care of them all." Sebastian's voice spoke from behind me causing me to jump in shock "Where did you come from!?" I looked at him "From inside?" He stated as if he didn't even know "I take it the chickens and any broken furniture is taken care of then?" I asked heading over to the table and grabbing the box "Yes, and the servants are inside taking a break." He took the box from me "Good." I headed inside "Should I put down dance lessons to your schedule in a few days then?" He smirked knowing I hate dancing "I wish no, but the truth is yes." I groaned.
