Who is this Kid!

Warning!!! I will be mixing up certain events just to spice up the story and keep you dears in suspense or curiosity, like a little surprise for you all.

I sat at my desk going over paper work while Ciel colored on some paper on the floor in front of my desk. I finished the paper I was on and took another one when a knock was heard "Enter." I ordered sternly, the door creaked open and Sebastian walked in with a cart with lunch and tea on it and a few papers in his hand "Did you get what I ordered?" I looked at him "Yes Sir." He smirked as he made up a plate for me "Do I get to eat?" Ciel stood next to me, his tiny hands on my lap as he looked at me with innocent eyes "Of course get in your chair first." I pointed over to it, I had moved a dinning table chair into my office for him to eat at my desk for lunch. He smiled brightly as he marched over to it and climbed into it, Sebastian made him a plate and passed it to him, he began to eat as Sebastian poured the tea.

Once done I put my hand out to Sebastian "Show me what you found." I commanded, the papers where handed to me as my plate and cup were taken and moved to the cart I looked over the documents, no fires took place here in london, no recent couple murders either. I sighed placing the papers down "How is it possible?" I questioned glancing at Ciel as he ate "Perhaps the traumatic experience of almost being kidnapped made him believe he was a Phantomhive?" Sebastian spoke as he wiped Ciels' face clean "But I am a Phantomhive." He whined "How many times do I have to tell you!" He looked at me with sad eyes "My daddy was Vincent Phantomhive  and he married Rachel my Mommy." He stated once more "Yes, and those are my parents names, but like  I said last night, I have no siblings." I put my hand on my palm and rested my elbow on my chair "Oh also M'Lord." Sebastian pulled my attention "What?" I growled as he pulled out a letter from his tail coat "You got a letter from her majesty." He handed it over to me. As I opened it Ciel looked at me "Why does he call you Master and Sir?" He tilts his head "Because he is my servant." I spoke bluntly while pulling out the letter and scanning it "But those are boy titles.... you're a girl." He cheered, Sebastian quickly covered his mouth causing him to whine through his hand.

After an hour of explaining why I have to go by boy titles Ciel finally swore to never tell and went to go play with the stuffed bunny from my company, the funtom bunny "So what was in the letter?" Sebastian asked as he cleaned up my desk "She wishes for me to attend a ball, yet again. But she wishes for me to attend it in disguise and babysit Viscount Druitt...again she has more proof about him doing shady business, but she needs more witnesses to it before taking action." I threw the letter into the desk only for it to be swept away along with the other trash on my desk "If she has proof now, couldn't she just arrest him now." Sebastian asked "Honestly sometimes I don't understand the queens actions but I follow her demands." I stood up "Also, from here on Ciel is to be thought of as me long lost little brother whom was kidnapped mere weeks after being born, as to not arouse suspension, specially if he states to others he is a Phantomhive." I headed to the door "You arouse more then suspension M'Lady." He chuckled darkly "Perverted demon." I mumbled heading out of the room.

"Can I call you big sister!?" Ciel asked me as he ran around in a circle through the garden "Sure but only when we are only, in public or around guests you must call me by my name, or big brother." I sighed "Now sit still." I grabbed him only for him to dodge and run a few feet away "Ciel get back here." I demanded only for him to giggle "Nope play with me big sister!" He smiled running away from me.

"Come out come out where ever you are.... big sisters going to find you~" I sang darkly as I made my way through the garden Ciel thought it would be fun to play hide and seek "And when she does.... you shall be no more~" I finished my little song "That's scary big sister!" Ciel giggled from my right I found him standing on the fountain "Found you!" I jumped and grabbed him picking him up and smothering him against myself causing him to complain and whine into my neck while giggling at the same time "Let good" he laughed "No. You made me hunt you down for at least and hour." I stated while heading back into the manor.

"Oh he is simple adorable!!!" Elizabeth screamed in delight hugging Ciel to her chest "I simple adore him (Y/N)" she smiled at me "Please stop hugging him so tightly." Madam Red, my aunt spoke "Yes he needs to breath." Lau spoke up, word had gotten around about Ciel Phantomhive being my brother and thus, Madam Red and Elizabeth came over to see him, Lau just tagged along with Madam Red. "Big brother this girl smells nice." Ciel smiled "Aww so cute!!!" Elizabeth cheered putting him down.

"Please excuse me, it is time for my two Masters to retire for the night, they have a busy schedule tomorrow." Sebastian spoke up making Madam Red stand "Yes I must be on my way, a busy day for me as well, Lau, Grell let us be off." She hugged Ciel before leaving Elizabeth hugged both of us before she took her leave as well. "Busy day tomorrow?" I questioned as we walked to my room "Yes, shopping for the ball, and getting things for your baby brother." Sebastian smirked "Yay!!! I get to go shopping with big sister!" Ciel cheered while running into out shared master bedroom for the night.
