Circus Date!?

I haven't seen Black Butler Book of Circus in a while, so Joker will be OOC, but I got time tomorrow and I shall binge watch it tomorrow so future updates will be better, but for now please bear with it.

"Are you sure we can go?" Finny asked sheepishly while scratching at his cheek "Yes. I need the three of you to watch Ciel while Sebastian and I work on a task from Her Majesty." I spoke calmly as Sebastian lead me and the other servants to the carriage.

I got an order from the Queen to check on missing children reports, the reports spiked when this new... Circus showed up in London. The carriage ride was calm, the servants seemed to hold their excitement in, they were cramped on one side as Ciel and I sat on the other side, Sebastian drove the carriage "I've never been to a circus before! I'm so excited!" Ciel bounced around on his set looking out the window. I rubbed his hair gently giving him a light smile.

The circus was normal, booths with food and games lined a street leading up to the big top tent in the back, a few cages were lined as well with animals for the events "Now Ciel," I turned around and looked at the child, he had wonder in his eyes and a bright smile "Be nice for May-rin and the others, I have some work to do, don't run off and hold hands. I don't want any bad news coming from them about your behavior." I kissed his forehead quickly, receiving goofy looks from the three servants "Ok Big Brother. I promise to be good." He nodded before taking Bards hand "Here. This should be enough for games and food for all 4 of you." I handed them a small bag full of money "Thank you M'lord." They bowed before leaving. "Lets get to work." I mumbled turning to Sebastian.

The people smiled and cheered while having fun around the circus "We have checked everywhere. No sign of any suspicious activity, or actions." I groaned as I took a bite from my caramel apple "Should we head to the big top? It is our last stop, maybe something will happen." Sebastian mentioned "Oh yeah... the big top, let's go." I finished my Apple heading towards the huge tent.

We took our seats, the others joined us with some popcorn before the show started Ciel showed me a stuffed animal he won from a game, he was so happy. The lights dimmed, the crowd got quite, a light shined down in the middle of the ring, a man stood under it he was bowing, he had bright orange hair and what looked like a skeleton hand "Welcome Ladies, and Gentlemen to Noahs Ark Circus, we have amazing shows for you this fine night!" He stood straight "Tremendous animals! Daring tricks! I warn you, for those of you with faint hearts, may want to leave, some children may be frightened from a few of our shows, this is your one... and only warning." He spoke mysteriously while moving his arms about, people started whispering about his words then got quite.

The first event was Wendy and Peter the trapeze artists, they swung gracefully and were obviously professionals, some people would gasp in shock or fear, Ciel watched them, his eyes never leaving their forms. The next act was a knife thrower called Dagger... how original. He hit his targets with accuracy, he even had Beast, the animal tamer stand still while she held an Apple on her head, and even in her mouth. He didn't miss. Doll the tight rope walker was next, she looked like a swan , she held an umbrella, no rope tide around her as she walked around, she even did flips and jumps before ending her routine. Lastly was Beast, she worked with big animals, her last show was with a Tiger, Joker had asked for a volunteer, Sebastian stood up "I see we have a gentleman volunteer! Come on down!" Joker motioned him down, Sebastian did so without hesitation.

Sebastian passed Joker and Beast and went straight for the tiger, "What is he doing?" I questioned "Such lovely paws." He mumbled to himself as he grabbed the big cats paws "Oh right... tigers are cats." I rolled my eyes "Soft fur." He rubbed the Tigers neck as Joker and Beast tried to get him away from the creature only for the tiger to bite his head. Everyone gasped and screamed but Ciel and I, Ciel looked worried, the servants were shouting in shock I just sat there with a fools grin at my stupid butler.

I stood a few tents away from the med tent waiting for Sebastian, the servants took a sleeping Ciel back to the manor. Half an hour later I got bored and walked around again. I made it to the performers tents, away from people I saw a few tents that looked more 'special' than the others "It is dangerous here, you best leave. Says Oscar." A voice spoke behind me, I turned to see a mane with white hair and two snakes on his shoulder "I'm sorry, I got lost." I mumbled softly "Head this way to get back to the booths. Says Emily." He spoke as a snake pointed to the right with its tail "Thank you." I bowed lightly and left "You smell different, be careful around here. Says Oscar." He headed into a tent as I left.

"There you are. I got worried you got kidnapped." Sebastian spoke "No I got bored of waiting, so I explored once more." I spoke "Did you find anything?" He asked "They are hiding something. I wasn't allowed near certain tents, most likely the ones for the elite performers. A strange man with snakes told me it was dangerous." I headed further down the row of booths "Well our work is done for now. Should we have some fun?" He took my hand without answer and lead me around the circus.

"How is your head?" I spoke softly as I held the tiger plush in my hands "It has healed." He threw the dart and blew up another balloon winning yet again another stuffed animal. But this one was my Candy Funtom Bunny. A black bunny with an eye patch and a bowl placed between his paws and legs for candy he also had a blue and white tie around his neck.

"Was petting the tiger worth a headache?" I lick the sucker "Very much so." He placed a hat he had won on my head, the sucker was frozen chocolate with melted caramel in the middle, another product from my company, the hat was black and placed lopsided it had blue and gold feathers with silver trim on the bottom.

At the end of the night I had to make 4 trips to the carriage to put things away, he had won one of every item at every booth. He got a driver this time, we headed back to the manor "That was a fun date. Don't you say... (Y/N)?" He looked at me with a smirk "It was a date?" I asked while tilting my head "Yes. The servants least so I took a chance to give you a date experience. How was it?" He placed his hand over mine That lay on my lap "Had I known it was a date that would have been great. Though it was fun, I am sure Ciel will like the prizes... Though I may keep the Candy Bunny... it was my favorite." I pointed to the toy lIne am glad you enjoyed it." He kissed my forehead before moving to my cheek, then capturing my lips.
