Vacation?

"Going on vacation~ Going on vacation~ Can't believe we are going on vacation~" All three servants sang as their carriage trailed behind that of their two masters "Where are we going again Big sister?" Ciel spoke up as he stood in the carriage, his placed on its side helping hold him up, a hand was placed behind him in case he falls "We are going on some business for the queen. To a resort of sorts." The oldest Phantomhive spoke to her adopted younger sibling "What's a resort?" He looked back at him "A vacation spot, a place to relax." She calmly spoke as she glanced at the scenery around her.

It was dull and dead, no grass grew, it looked like it had been burned over repeatedly, dog collars hung around tree branches from chains and graves littered the land as well "Ciel while we are here stay close to me, or the other servants alright." She spoke to him "Ok big sister." He cheered and smiled as the servants chant started up again more happier then the last.

Your P.O.V

The land was so dead, the houses dull, what was left of the buildings that is. As Sebastian drove the carriage through the town people were giving us stares, others gossip "Ciel sit down please." I ordered for him to take his set next to me "This place doesn't look fun." He pouted "I am aware." I sighed "What is this place though? It doesn't look like a resort." He looked at me "This place is called Houndsworth, Lord Berrymore resides here, I have business with him, this place is known for dog breeding." I looked down to see a man petting a dog and praising it. "Dogs!?" Ciel cheered "Can we get a dog big sister!?" Ciel bounced up and down "Maybe." I smirked looking to Sebastian, a shiver could be seen running down his spine "Something wrong Sebastian?" I asked knowing fully well he hates dogs "Nothing master" He stated "Come now, tell your master what is bothering you." I crossed my arms as Ciel looked between us confused "You know I dislike dogs." He stated bluntly "But dogs are so much fun, why do you not like them?" Ciel looked at him curiously "I like cats more than dogs young Lord, perhaps that is why. They are opposites." Sebastian spoke. Ciel mouthed the word "Oh." Before looking around again.

We had pulled into Lord Berrymores estate and were treated by a maid who called herself Angela she showed us to her master's study, the servants were busy unpacking "M'lord your guests are here." She spoke only to recieve a hit from a whip she let out a scream "I thought I told you to bring me the Queens guard dog! Not these Chihuahuas!" He hit her again, Ciel ran behind my leg and flinched with each hit "Sebastian stop him." I ordered, he caught Lord Berrymores hand before he couldn't land another hit "What do you think you are doing mutt! You need to be trained better!" He shouted "He has been trained. Far better than any of your dog's I assure." I smirked heading over to the table and taking a sit with Ciel next to me "By your last statement I assume you knew I was coming, I am the Queens Gaurd Dog, (Y/N) Phantomhive, and my brother Ciel. Let is get this discussion under way please." I looked at him as Sebastian took the whip from him and helping Angela up.

In the end Henry Berrymore refused to allow the Queen to build her resort here due to a curse of some sort, Angela showed everyone to their rooms for the night, Ciel had already fallen asleep after I read him Alice in Wonderland, I didn't even make it to the 3rd chapter. I closed the book after placing the bookmark and stood up as the door opened "M'lord are you ready for bed?" Sebastian questioned "Yes." I brushed some hair off of Ciels face and left.

Just before bed Angela came into my room asking us to leave, that it was dangerous here, that the demon hound would kill us, I thought nothing of it, even during a moment when a giant dog shadow appeared in the window curtains, Sebastian had pulled them back to show nothing but a green glowing dog running off into the town "It knows your hear! You are in grave danger!" Angela spoke with a slight shiver "Don't worry about us, Angela, we will be fine. Now please, get some rest you have had a long day I'm sure." Sebastian lead her out before attending to me for the night.
