It's been 7 years ***Me above, 7 yrs later*** since that little episode had happened. I graduated from Stanford, I finally had my degree something that I had put all my focus and dedication to finish along with Christina and Carolina. After graduation we worked in different law firms until we realized that we would be better off working for ourselves and since we all had our law degree we decided to open up a law firm. We even named it J.C.C law group.
You see, us 3 had different law degrees and merging them would be of a benefit and bring in a lot of clients. Let me explain...
I graduated with a Doctor of Juridical Science (S.J.D.) degree which basically allowed me to deal with case that deals with Legal research, Business law, Legal advocacy, Family law and Migration law.
Carolina got a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree which she completed after 2 years (we think she took this one because she just wanted to finish quicker) it allowed her to deal with Estate planning, Corporate tax problems, Local and state taxation, Intellectual property law, Bankruptcy
And Christina got a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, which she completed after three years. She would be able to take cases dealing with Torts, Constitutional law and patent law, Legal writing, Federal litigation, Environmental law and public interest law, Law and ethics.
With this in hand we we able to tackle any kind of issues. That's why our law firms has been doing very well for the short time it has been up and running. And since we live in California it was just awesome....
****sorry for gloating but I just had to break it down. OK back to the story****
It was 9:30 in the morning and I was heading to the conference room to discuss a case with the girls...
As I walked in I see the twins already waiting for me..
"We were starting to think that you weren't coming." Carolina commented.
"Listen I had a rough morning, I barely slept and I haven't had my coffee so please don't start with me." I snarled back.
We all stared at each other before busting out laughing.
