After tossing and turning all night. I was finally able to sleep. Even though I only slept 3 hours until My alarm went off...
As I got up I cursed the world under my breathe. Not wanting to get up, not wanting to deal with the issue from last night, not wanting to think about it. But the world was a very cruel one.
I did my usual routine, took and shower. Brushed my teeth, picked out my out fit of the day and did my make up. I felt like dressing really cute today... I needed something to the take my mind out of the last 24hrs. I went into my closet and picked out a really cute beige high waited pencil skirt, a white top, with some brown high heels and topped it off with some cute hop earrings, necklace, an arm accessory. As soon as I was done I noticed that the girls had left me a note on my nightstand....
"Good morning sleepy head, Carolina and me has to leave early to the office, if your up to it come joins us, you really don't have any appointments today but we know who you are once in work mode.. After you had you coffee of course lol....." Love you C and C.....
Well then I guess I'm off to get my coffee . I thought as I grabbed my brown Michael Kor handbag that matches with my outfit.
My hopped in my sweet ride and headed to the cafe next to the office... I was so focused in the drive until my phone started ringing... I picked up the Bluetooth without looking at the caller Id....
"Hey, beautiful good morning..."
It just had to be him... Again why is this world so cruel....
"Hey Fay what's up?" I asked already knowing the answer to that question.
" I'm not trying to push but I will only be here until tomorrow and I wanted to know if you have thought about it...." He insisted....
"Fay, all I have been doing is thinking about it... I don't know what to do.." I whispered.
"Don't worry just take your time to think... And just get back to me. No matter your answer." He said sounding a little disappointed. "I guess I'll talk to you later, I was hoping to catch here at the cafe but I guess I'm too late" he added.
I was right outside the cafe and as soon as he said that I stalled and refused to get out. No way I was going to be face to face with him right now. So I lied.
"Yes I actually just got to the office right now, was running late didn't have time for coffee." I said.
"OK, well like I said I'm here until tomorrow hope to hear from you soon whether good or bad news" he stated.
"Bye Fay, I'll talk to you later" was all I said.
I stayed in my car waiting for him to exit the coffee shop. Trying not to have him see me..- I must look crazy- I thought to myself.
